This has really not been a good day. Lockland thought as he groaned pushing himself further down the hall before having to clinch his hand against a door handle as he found blood spilling out of his mouth as it clenched tight on him. "Oh that's gross, sorry janitor." he clenched his teeth as he reached for his chest as he coughed a few more times before having to look up and think for a moment.

"What was I doing here? Crap, help, right." he said coughing again. Maybe twenty to thirty minutes ago Lockland had been in Foucalt castle and made the mistake of taking on a few too many of those vampiric gangsters, which apparently got the attention of their overlord. Now most of them were pieces of cake for him after awhile, overlord not so much. Especially not with this many. He escaped, fortunately, but not before he got a bullet to the stomach and a kick right on the wound. He could get the blood back yeah, that was one of the advantages of being a paladin, heal too. But it was there right now nevertheless and was plenty enough to keep dragging his attention away from what he was doing, hence why he ended up struggling down the halls of the office building not realizing perhaps it was a wiser idea to just have stopped at some point. It was a big building but one would guess there'd be more people here, though it was nighttime to be fair. Either that or way shorter time had passed then he realized and he only just got inside a moment ago and hadn't been able to look up and actually see anyone, or remember if they were there.

Lockland dropped onto his back looking up and grunting with pain as he did so, Bad idea, don't move too fast. The less you move the less you vomit. You'll be fine you always are, just need to get better at not getting hit.

"Hello?" He asked aloud without really looking to see if anyone was there, didn't really feel like it unless someone really was. If not, he'd just sit here for awhile until the pain had dulled enough for him to get to a hospital or something.

He runs over right as the man falls on his back. Wishes he could've ran faster before the other fell. Ah well. His hands outstretched, he pulls the man against the wall. "Oh my word. What happened? Are you ok?" He sits beside the man, on his left, so he had something else to lean on besides the wall. He shrugs out his phone, dialing 911. He forgot to pay his internet bill, and it decides to stab him in the back right now. He loses the signal right as the receptionist picked up. "Damn it, do you have a phone I could use? I lost service." His eyes widen as he grabs the man's arm, tightly. "Hey, focus on me!" He harsh whispers.

It took Lockland a moment to refocus as he felt someone help him and start talking to him, he would have given a slight wave but realized his hand just sort of rose and fell, "Ah, thanks." he said breathily grimacing a moment as the blood tried to make it's way up his throat again and he refused to let it out.

"Eh, guess that'll teach me to take on more then I can chew next time hm?" He added his eyes only really half open and somewhat focused in Kinderz general direction, "Lionelli are no joke."
He shook his head grimacing again, "Don't do that." he told himself. He could vaguely hear someone talking on the phone in the background in a concerned voice. I feel like there's something I can do to help with this. Ugh, I'm too tired to think right at the moment.

He sighs as he realizes he'll just have to search the guy. No use. Every time he touched the other to look for another phone, the other groaned. He laid the man's head back on the ground as he went into one of the bathrooms to get a bunch of wet paper towels. He walks back out and holds it on the guys mouth, his eyes widening. He had to get some more help. And he would've if the guy hadn't talked back. He's not as worried now. "I think you'll going to be okay. I don't think we need to call for help because at least you're talking. I think that's a good sign, and-and I don't have service." He had the guy's head back on his shoulder only with drenched paper towels in his mouth this time.

Lockland felt his head touch the ground again, he was in a moment where his stomach was killing him but his head didn't want to recognize the pain so it was just sort of throbbing without him actually reacting. He felt wet paper towels hit his mouth and the water soak in as he squeezed on it. Oh wow, that's better...sort of. he thought blinking a few times and regaining a bit of awareness of the situation. He kept drifting in and out a little but at least now he realized someone was helping.

"Heh, yeah." He said quietly while blinking again repeatedly, heal...that's what he needed to do. The wound would be there yes, bleeding, but he could get the blood back. He leaned his neck to the side exposing the paladins tattoos as he tried to look at Kinderz and then at the wound from an angle. It wasn't bleeding as much as at first, but it was something he needed to have closed, he added quietly, "Can you close the wound? Tie my coat around it or something?" He asked hopefully, not that he wanted to move to take off his coat, or expected his coat to be a great use. He realized his shirt might have been better. Or...just plugging the holes for now.

He was about ready to try and get back some blood but if it was just gonna put more pressure on the holes in his body he really didn't want to just risk that again. Though it might have been better then being as dazed as he was, having so much difficult thinking.

Tie his coat around him, with what? He manages to pull the man's arms out of his coat then he laid the man down again. He raised the man's arms to tie the sleeves tightly around his waist. "Will that work or do you need it tighter?" The other was talking back despite having disintegrating paper towels in his mouth. He takes the paper towels and tosses them in a nearby trash, racing to retrieve new ones. He didn't want the guy to swallow paper? He brushes his bangs out of his eyes. His blue jeans had wet spots scattered randomly down the front. "How'd this happen?! Sure he was worried for the stranger.

Lockland grunted as he pulled the coat off and tied it onto him, shaking his head in answer to the first question. It had become more a numbness then extreme pain now. Though he wondered if that had more to do with blood flow then actually healing. Still, his breathing was a bit off and he was having a bit of trouble focusing.
He glanced over as he heard the next question, "Lionelli. I...took on too many...of them." he said quietly, it was then he actually managed to focus his eyes on Kinderz. Vampire. he thought. Lockland was a paladin with almost every power they had, the ability to tell vampires being one of them. He felt the urge to attack, but it vanished quickly. He'd resisted that for quite a long time, and not to mention his exhaustion was just way too much for him to even try. But what he had to do next he realized might concern the man, but the other option was being stuck with much less blood for awhile.
"Just...a moment." He said. He shut his eyes for a moment chanting very quietly, and as he was doing so he managed to grab on the coat and pull it a little tighter as he regained a bit more blood and felt some his energy and focus returning to him blinking rapidly as he stopped. He looked at his stomach then leaned back sighing, the wounds were still there of course. Would be for awhile, but he was pretty sure he wouldn't die from this even if he had to get up himself. Still, he knew he was far from better, he felt just about as weak as before just able to think a little better.

"Thanks." He said, still a bit quietly but certainly more aware then before, "I think you should probably know I'm a paladin, but I don't attack anyone. The lionelli however, they I do. But....ran into the overload, and that's how I got this." Lockland said looking at his injury and vaguely gesturing with one hand while grunting at the movement, didn't hurt any less then before. If anything it hurt more now that he could actually feel things again, "There was just too much to handle."

Lionelli. Was he supposed to know what that was? "Oh right, yah of course." He says to just follow along. He watched as the guy pulled his jacket tighter and began mumbling. His first thought was that the other was praying. He didn't say anything because it was rude to interrupt especially if it was a prayer. He looks the other way providing as much privacy as he could. When the man stops he resets his eyes on him. Least he was talking and able to talk. The man before him's expression seemed to brighten just a little. He touches the man's left arm, sincerely. "I'm glad you're doing better. I-I was worried. I think in situations like these as long as you can talk you're doing good. Ha, right?" He doesn't really laugh because that would just juggle the pain, but a tight smile does cross his lips. He looks around, shocked no one else was around. If he hadn't been there, this guy might've died? "I think you're going to be ok."
