Path of the Vampire forum

I'm in the app, and I've tried everything. Switched characters, hard closed the app, but nothing works.

Just popped into the ooc chat on the app and it seems to be working now. <3

Yeah, i just closed the app for 30ish minutes and it let me back in

It happenrd again for me. I noticed a pattern, both times I had PMs opened.


Also, it lets me click on the Path ooc chat, and this is what i see

Isn't this the same white screen chat bug that's been ongoing for years? It does it to me sometimes when I switch character. I'm not sure what the fix would be. I think it assumes you're still logged in with the previous character, somehow.

I'm fairly sure this has something to do with PM's. I don't get the message about my name being taken, and I can still chat and stuff, it just doesn't show who is in chats, like thelist of people in chats is just blank.

The reason i'm assuming its the pm'z is every time its happened, i've had pm''s open. Something happens when chat tries to load and acts like its trying to open a pm message that's no longer there. I can then click on the tab for chats. I can't see anything previous. And the list of people in chats are blank. I can see when people post and I can post, but thats it. If i have to reload chat, it repeats, and i can't see previous messages or anything.

Usually when it happens, I have to have Kitty or someone else kick me out (depending if the chat has decided to work with us or not), and vice versa when it happens to them. That's the only way we've figured out how to 'fix it' short of just waiting for it to timeout on us.
