Victim needed

I have an idea for something Zodiac would ritual up to annoy the hell out of someone not on her list of friends, so I need a victim willing to play it out. It would not cause any physical harm to the target, but I could not say if mentally they would be okay once it was finished.3. Is there anything that stops us from whipping up our own if it is creatively written for a particular event or storyline?
3) Nope. David and I don't mind it when people have purely roleplay rituals as long as they make sense to canon, and aren't overpowered. Also, any roleplay rituals would obviously need to abide certain rules of RP etiquette. For example, one couldn't use a ritual to know everything about another person's character without permission, etc.
So this would involve someone who did not think Zodiac is all that, but not someone who would be to the point of killing her (or Zo killing them) Would be just a fun kinda deal that would last for a night (or longer if we agree) Some history between them would make the idea make sense.
Again, this would be an annoyance type of ritual effect and nothing that would cause any harm to the victim (outside of freaking them out.) Details can be discussed at length before anything would be put into motion (rp)
