** Kimono ** Yandere ** Dorky Gif **

Spend three days with Yasu. Kendo teacher and owner of a small bookstore in the city, he's always interested in partaking in intellectual conversation, even that of a more.. spiritual sort. Though a human, he's quite open minded about other species among the populace, and a gracious host. Whether it be taking one out to a meal, instructing a private Kendo lesson, or talking over a quiet cup of hot chocolate in the store. All proceeds will be going towards the local hospital funds.
So as you can see above, Yasu is a pretty active young man in his mid/early twenties. He's not really outgoing, but he's pretty polite and easy to get along with. He's more of a listener than a talker, but that doesn't mean he can't engage in some stimulating conversation. Though the more one might talk to him, the more one might notice a few.. quirks.

I consider the three days IC, so if you're looking for a thread stretching over a longer course of time from an OOC standpoint, I'm more than willing to hang on. I'm a quick responder, so expect replies the same day, if not within a day or two of the post, though I don't expect the same response time back. Don't worry too much about lines being crossed either. If you're concerned, we can always talk it over, but expect to be free with what kind of content you're getting. (As long as Yasu lives, 9 times out of 10 you're going to get the thumbs up to go ahead.)

If you want more information about the man and his style, there's quite a few of his older threads still around. Just do a quick search for 'Yasu'. He's not a complete submissive, more of a stubborn kind, but don't expect too much in the role of domination coming from this man. Then again, he's not too easily shaken either. Also, though he won't acknowledge it, he is indeed gay. Sorry ladies. Also, he's a human sorcerer and a medium. He's not an amazing one, granted, but he knows a few tools of the trade.

"I'll start the bidding off with 5k." She said, swiping her card.

The books had caught her eye from where she stood on the auction block. Her curiosity and thirst for knowledge leading her to raise a hand when it seemed the bidding had lulled for a moment. "Ten thousand, please."

"I love your eyes and I'd like to paint you if I win. Maybe if I don't, we could still arrange a sitting? I'd pay you for your time." Alexandrea said to Yasu, smiling warmly.

"15K, please."

Yasu was silent most of the proceeding, though it was easy to see he was a little puzzled, even perhaps amazed by the numbers at work. It was certainly something he hadn't expected, and he'd be lying if he said it wasn't at least a little pleasing to one's pride, though he certainly wouldn't admit to such thoughts. Only small, thoughtful glances were made, learning a little of the bidders as they dropped numbers and spoke among one another. He certainly hadn't expected to see a surprisingly beautiful male face among them, or a fellow member of those bidded for. He couldn't help but wonder after the previous announcement if such a face was even human. Not that any of these points bothered him of course.

He simply kept a polite gaze as Alexandra posed her question, bowing his head partway. "Thankyou. That would be no trouble," he admitted, doing well to hide just a slight embarrassment that rose between her choice of compliment and the very vocal taunting of the specter in his left ear, which he strongly fought the urge to flick way. He also didn't miss the glances now and then towards the displayed collection of books, a small factor in the event that warmed his heart as he dared to hope some interest had been stirred in his tiny shop.

She chewed on the inside of her cheek, amber eyes arrested by the stack of books. Her fingers itched to hold them. To flip through their pages and devour the knowledge contained behind cardboard and glue. Dhara curled her fingers into her palms, the better to resist the urge to walk over and pick up a book. "18,000 if you please." She said into the lull, her accented voice carrying just enough to be heard.

Noting the way the woman analyzed the stacks of books he'd brought along was amusing to the young adult. His look was not unkind as he shifted his gaze from Dhara to the books, then back again. "You're welcome to thumb through them. If I hadn't wanted them loved and looked through, I would have left them at home or brought a sign," he promised.
