Wraith stuck in Labyrinth(door blocked) [b]

So a wraith of mine is stuck on B5 of the labyrinth with no way to go to B4. I have made several loops around the available space and checked every wall for an invisible path.
Nothing.
I'm very confused. Can't seem to find a way out. Help?

Looks like it's an issue with the blood fountain spawning on the door. If you give me the name of the wraith, I can manually move it out until David or I have a chance to properly fix the bug.
