Since our 'beloved' mayor and his law enforcement cronies have let Harper Rock go to hell in a hand-basket these last few weeks by:

Failing to keep Harper Rock residents safe
Allowing the Quarantine zone gates to remain dangerously open
Letting zombies, mooncalves, and feral vampires run rampant

And ultimately FAILING, on everything, I'm proposing a city wide clean up. This is a week long event and whoever works their *** off the hardest, will win a prize [only one character can win per ip].

The prizes are:

• Grand Prize: Ring of Necrocognition (Gives you split-second foresight of your own impending death, allowing you to avoid all critical wounds in NPC battles). One who kills the most NPC's in all (Feral vampires, Zombies, Mooncalf, and Theodosian Mooncalf).
  
  For the one who kills the most Theodosian Mooncalf: $1,000,000
  For the one who kills the most Feral Vampires: $500,000
  For the one who kills the most Mooncalves: $250,000
  For the one who kills the most zombies: $100,000

This city wide clean sweep will start on Wednesday March 28th, 2018, and last until Wednesday, April 4th, 2018.

Bribing the public, to do dirty work, is not an entirely new idea. Thats what the guy at the Quarantine zone gate is doing? Have to wonder, could they possibly be doing something with all the zombie ears (besides disposing of them)? Why only buy the zombie ears? Will you require proof of kills, Mr. Cappuccino?

I'd like to see some proof that all the ears he's buying actually came from zombies and not some poor homeless guy somewhere that someone got the jump on...

Both of these things. Seems to me no one really knows what's going on around here any more, but everyone is willing to jump on the bandwagon and 'do their part'. Kind of reminds me of World War II campaigning. Is someone going to sell War Bonds soon?
