Enver Marshall II
Enver was on top his game. Life was good. Someone fucked up in Harper Rock and it wasn't him. And while people were leaving Harper Rock, he was opening his doors in Chalktown. Soon, the economy in Chalktown would be booming due to whoever's **** up. In light of his good mood, Enver was hosting a dinner and gambling night at his Casino. Who didn't like a nice piece of meat in their mouth and some money to fill their pockets? Clad in a green suit, Enver made his rounds through the casino like any good property owner and host for the night. (Wearing: https://i.p i n i m g.com/originals/e7/87/6c ... 610be3.jpg )

Indigo
walked into the casino and paused just inside. Dressing for the night ahead was a bit of a challenge. Much of her wardrobe was still in bags and boxes filling the interior of Hakuna Mata floor to ceiling below deck. It was sudden and it was wise in her opinion but it certainly didn’t make her yacht any larger when it came down to it. Regardless she pulled herself together and she was on time. She would always be on time.

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) Doc looked around the casino. It was busier than he expected, since the neighboring city of Harper Rock was under military enforced curfew. He almost did not come out. But since he and Lizzie had talked, he was feeling a bit cathartic in regard to his decision moving forward. Lizzie had things she had to take care of so he didn’t bother to mention this event. Honestly he wasn’t sure he even wanted to go, until he forced himself out of his self imposed exile. Even now, though, he was under the power of Alter Ego, not out of fear of loathing, but rather he wanted to see how the average person felt about things. Best way to do that.. Was be an average person. ( https://i.p i n i m g.com/originals/9b/98/c4 ... fdcd4d.gif )

Enver Marshall II
Security was at each entry point of the casino along with an employee who was keeping tabs on who was entering. Mostly to watch for the first fifty people who entered between the specified hours. Each person who was in that fifty got, as promised, fifty bucks in casino credit for their enjoyment. As Enver made the rounds, he pin pointed Indigo and made sure to head over to the woman. "Evening, Miss Knight. You look radiant as always. If you're hungry, help yourself to the buffet on the other side of the casino." He pointed towards it, before giving the woman a wink. He would say the same thing (more or less) to every person he stopped to chat to, with the exception of the wink.

Indigo
smiled while looking over what he chose to wear. It fit well, hugged him like material should when given a chance to be next to his body. A suit should embrace the man within it. And that it certainly did. The wink was returned. “I shall do that. Appetite is still waking unfortunately. A drink may stir it.” With that said she held him in her sights until her steps had her looking ahead.

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) Doc meandered about the casino, hands jammed into his front pants packets. He wasn't looking to socialize per say, he had hoped he could maybe over hear what he wanted to know, but the crowd did not seem to be the type that would be fruitful. He wandered in a purposeful amble toward the bar.

Enver Marshall II
The bar was Enver's favorite place because people who drank were typically social and he was social 99 percent of the time. He ordered his usual, then glanced down at those around the bar. When he saw a new face appear, Enver nodded to him and gave the guy a grin. "Welcome to Lucky Strike Casino." Small talk for now, until he could feel the guy out.

Indigo
settled gracefully on a seat at the end of the bar and waited. While an unfamiliar face was served and Enver appeared to be the epitome of a perfect host she eyed the wall of selections for what she wanted.

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) Doc raised his eyebrows in acknowledgement to Enver's welcoming comment. He knew Enver, not well. But he knew him enough that he and Enver would not see eye to eye on things. Starting **** wasn't the point of tonight's foray, so he decided to play nice, "Evening.." He motioned to the bartender, "Whiskey.. Bullet.. if you please." He made sure not to order his usual.

Enver Marshall II
leans back on his seat and gets a great view of a familiar thigh as he waited for his drink, before his eyes travel to Miss Knight. When his amber colored drink arrives, he lifts it up in her direction and nods, before drinking it down. While sitting there, he hears the mention of a place called "Keeping Time," and how it had been looted over, all the watches in the place stolen after the owner left town.

Indigo
raises her glass with a mysterious hue of gold licking the interior crystal. The rim finds her lips while her emerald wrapped ankles shimmer into graceful placement to a presentable side.

Zodiac
*she arrived in silence. Dressed in an Irish variant of her normal appearence. Purples and black replaced with shades of green with a touch of red. Even her black hair shined with a hint of emerald. She took a seat and waved for a waiter while looking over the crowd in silence*

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) He also over the comment about the Watch store being hit hard. He frowned, it was more due to his internal thoughts about the event instead of the event itself. He had not checked with Cyril in several days. No. more like a week. How were his businesses fairing? He was brought out of his reverie as the bartender slid him his drink. "Thanks." a brief single syllable was all that was given.

Zodiac
*When the waiter arrived. she handed him a note asking if there was anything she coulod consume that was green available. When he shook his head no, she smiled and selected something else. She had to laugh a bit at the thought of her request. 'Green? Where would they get the blood from? Vulcans?' *

Enver Marshall II
It seemed like the crowd was a mix tonight. Some in good spirits over the festivities and others in a state that Enver could somewhat relate to. Uncertainty. Would Chalktown end up like Harper Rock? How were their family members that remained? Questions like that. "Don't mean to easedrop, but where was that watch shop at?" Enver asked, genuinely curious. Were his places that remained in as much danger as the watch shop? "The Market place by the River." the guy commented while drinking his beer.

Mortll
Mortll was feeling lucky ...maybe it had something to do with the holiday maybe it was just in the air but tonight she felt lucky and what better place to test out a bit of luck than a Casino. She walked in and plugged in a quarter into the first slot machine she saw a smile spread across her face as the bars lined up and a small ammount of coins popped out of the chute she left them there for the next player as she Spotted the familar curves and dark hair sitting at the bar. She approached the woman "Zo hows it going ?"

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) Doc was also interested in the answer to the location of the watch shop. Hearing that it was the market place by the river, didn't help at all. So he piped up, asking "The east or west market place? Riverrock?" Which he knew was closer to the Qz, than the Clocktower.

Zodiac
*she turned at the sound of a familiar voice* "Hey, darlin'" *she smiled* "Just came out to see the local fun. Already raiding the slots?" *her thoughts whispered in the woman's mind.

Enver Marshall II
The guy looked at the second stranger of the night to him, the one who asked about the specific location, then looked confused at the mention of east or west. "Uhhh..." he said in his beer, before a familiar name was mentioned. "That's it. Riverrock." He nodded, then finished off his beer, and burped loudly. "If you will excuse me, there's some corned beef with my name on it. All you can eat." He whispered to the guy who asked the last question, before disappearing.

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) He nodded to Cornbeef Guy, "Right. Enjoy." Three whole syllables that time. But he got the information he wanted. Riverrock area. His businesses were farther west. But that didn't mean they were not being impacted. He needed to call Cyril.

Indigo
watched the guest pass by heading towards the food. Indigo orbs followed his path before she felt inclined to see what was being served. A glance was all that would be needed to be sure things were running smoothly.

Mortll
The smile spread on Mortlls face "Just testing out a bit of luck it seems to be a lucky night you are here darlin How is the party so far ?" She glanced around only reconizing Enver and the lady she got her bees from .

Enver Marshall II
Enver appreciated the information, he had a business not far from there in a 'family' place, though most of his vampire family were long gone. Skipped town ages ago, or just vanished in thin air. He expected this news, which was why he packed up earlier in the week and mentioned it to Miss Knight. He should check on Wilson come to think of it and a few others. Enver got out his phone and sent the guy a text. Something along the lines of checking if he was still alive, and to skip town if he could. When he pocketed the phone, Enver glanced around to look at more patrons of the casino and saw two other faces. Zodiac and Mortll. He grinned at the two women and made his way over to them. "Evening ladies. If you're interested in some beef...I've got a whole table full for you. Just that way." He scooted closer to Mortll, then winked to Zodiac.

Zodiac
"So far, not bad. No green drinks for us vamp types, but you can't have everything." *She watched Enver heading for the buffet* "Oh look. The poster boy for 'Hey, vampires are real and I'm the proof.'. " *she shook her head a bit. Nothing happening now was in anyway Enver's fault, but it seemed this downward slide they all found themselves in now began with Enver and his coming out party. She looked up at the man and raised her glass of blood wine with a hint of a smile. There was no point in debating the past now, so she rolled with the moment.* "Good eve, Mr. Marshall. A fine casino you have made for yourself here."

Enver Marshall II
"Thanks, Zodiac. Been a while, yeah?" He asked, trying to recall the last time he had seen her. Or the last year he had seen her. A long time, come to think of it. "Did you manage to get in and be one of the first fifty?" He asked, looking between both women.

Zodiac
"Ummmm," she considered his words "I am not sure. No one gave me a number or such when I arrived."

Mortll
Mortll eyed Enver "You know im on a diet Mr Marshall " and smiled " I have no idea but tonight is a lucky night anything can happen "

Indigo
pulled the cellphone from her ear and sank it back into her pocket. Now how was she going to tell the woman she barely met through business the stock of honeybees may not have been exactly what was expected. Worse yet what if the woman, the ritualist with an eye for flowers found out the hard way? And just as she was about to think of an excuse to leave for a brief moment to explain herself in person there is none other than Mortll herself in the bar. Imagine that. Now it was all about explaining the population of African Killer Bees in her possession that were likely in no mood to be making the florist honey.

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) Listening to the conversations, he drank his whiskey while watching the bar top. However, the conversation was all polite, small talk. He nursed his drink and then glanced toward the female on the other end of the bar. he didn't know her. But he could tell she was a vampire. Was it worth his time trying to talk to her? But that opportunity was missed as she was joined by Mortll. Just as well. He would just listen for now.

Enver Marshall II
"Ahh, well. See those ladies over there?" Enver pointed to the cash cage area towards the back of the casino. "If you're interested, tell them The best name for a horse is Applejax," and they'll give you some in hour credit for some slots tonight." He looked at Mortll, "That even applies to you." He offered, ignoring the comment about some diet he knew nothing about. But, it was a good excuse for someone who couldn't eat.

Indigo
Mortll.” Her hand extended to the woman. “It is a pleasure to see you again.” Clear exotic blues waged over the woman beside her. “Happy St. Patrick’s Day.”

Zodiac
"Oh! Free chippies?" *she grinned.* "Thank you Mr Marshall. I will put such a gift to good use shortly. So tell me, how have things been for you since I saw you last?"

Mortll
"Hapy St Paddys day to you too Miss .... " The name escaped her memory but the woman did have a impressive ammount of bees." The bees arrived at the botanical gardens and my flower fields they are in the process of setting up the hives ...I was so happy to find a local place here in Harper Rock that handles such things "

Indigo
winced and her bottom lip disappeared between the bite of her exceptionally white teeth.

Enver Marshall II
"Can't complain, Zodiac. You know, get knocked down, get back up, get knocked back down, get back up again. Suppose that's pretty typical for those like me. Ups and downs as we've got a **** ton of time." He glanced around. "What about you?"

Indigo
Yes, about those bees.” She managed to say in a soft tone while tucking her clutch beneath her arm as if she would need her hands free for something unexpected.

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) He smirked to himself, at overhearing some of the conversations. He sipped his drink, and finally finished it. He outwardly waffled with trying to decide if he wanted another. Finally he nodded at the bartender, albeit reluctantly, that yes he would take another.

Indigo
“You have them confined? I am sure you will find a lack of honey and I can explain why. May I get you a drink first? Have a seat.”

Zodiac
*She spied the look on the face of the woman Mort was talking with. She knew it well. It was one of those 'Errr, something isn't quite right' looks. Her attention turned back to the man.* "The same as I have always done. Trying to help those who seek me out, run my shops, and not bother anyone and bask in my private times." *she looked at him directly and smirked* "I bet you don't even remember the last time you saw me."

Mortll
Mortll raised a eyebrow Nothing ever started out well with about those .. there was always a catch somewhere. "Umm Yes ?"

Enver Marshall II
Enver glanced over at Miss Knight, not really hearing the conversation, but because he saw her from the corner of his eye. "Well, let me think..." He rubbed at his jawline, then snapped his fingers. "Think you bound me to Lelantos, yeah? Was that it?" Was that her? hell, he had been married so many times that who married or bound him was a little sketchy.

Indigo
wondered if the woman who had the power to ritual her life in order could do if she was suddenly unhappy about the bees she had been delivered. A smile came to her lips that hopefully would aid her cause.

Zodiac
*She had almost forgotten that herself* "Yes, I was the one who preformed the ceromony for that, but that was not the last time we saw each other. Think harder." *she took a small sip of her drink*

Indigo
“Well...” the bartender slid over two glasses of green bubbly in tall flutes which Indigo wrapped her hands around and offered one to Mortll. “I have just been informed there has been a mix up.” She raised the flute as if to make a toast. Toasts were always positive, right?

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) He collected his second drink and held it in his left hand. Pushing away from the bar, he decided he would try his luck at the slots. He had fifty bucks in chips to blow, so why not. Heading over to the dollar slots, he grabbed one the few vacant one, and dropped a coin in and pulled. He didn't expect to win, nor did he even want to win. Winning would be pain, since he didnt have an ID for this face.

Enver Marshall II
Enver nodded his head. He knew it. But what he didn't expect was there to be something more. Some place else. "Well, let's see..." More rubbing of his jawline, before it dawned on him. "Ahh, right." he said as Enver adjusted his burgandy colored tie. "The booth. That was...something." Enver confessed with a nod of his head.

Zodiac
"Very good. You were keeping company with the lady of the Verdarians then," *she nodded and pulled a smoke from her clutch*

Enver Marshall II
Enver cleared his throat, then looked past Zodiac. "Once upon a time." Enver said, still looking around the Casino. "Piece of advice, even as a vampire, nothing lasts as long as we do." he said above a mumble, before looking back at Zodiac. "I need to check in at the cash cage. Don't forget those chips." Enver said with a nod of his head, before moving towards the cash cage.

Zodiac
"Running away so soon?" *she thought to herself. Absently she took out her phone and began to search her picture files. The one who had hosted the event back in the day had given her copies of some of them. She grinned as she found them. There for all to see was Enver flat on his back as the gypsy gave him a kiss he would never forget.* "Good times,"

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) Plunk a coin in a slot, pull the handle, watch the rotating pictures until they stop, appear disappointed, take a drink. Repeat. He was ready to plunk in another coin when a woman clearing forty years his senior, sat next to him and winked at him. He lifted an eyebrow. He plunked in the coin, and pulled the handle, very careful not to look to the side.

Indigo
“It is best if I have some of my handlers come over and exchange the bees for the honey makers you were expecting. The ones you have now are...” She took the chance of appearing ill mannered and sipped from her glass while the woman was silent. She needed to get back her killer bees. “Yes. Illegal.” She swallowed slowly glancing to the rest of the casino for a second. “It would be the last thing that anyone needs to be swarming the city limits. The infestation is already out of control. Killer bees topping it off would not help matters.

Zodiac
*she blinked. 'Bees?' Illegal ones? If they were what she imagined them to be, she could make some wicked poison potions from some of those. She lit her cigarette and stood up* "I'm gonna claim my chippes and go play," *she spoke to Mort's thoughts* "And I will buy 2 dozen of those 'illegal bees' off of you." *she headed to the window*

Indigo
watched Mortll’s companion of the evening walk away. The hair was striking. The touches of festive color kept her focus as she sipped again from her glass.

Mordechai
slipped into the casino, wandering the tables to settle near sister- mine

Mordechai
"Have you had any luck yet, sister mine?

Enver Marshall II
Enver was in the cash cage when he saw Zodiac. "Here for those chips?" He asked over the seated head of a woman who was just about to talk to Zodiac. "One hundred on the house." He told the woman with a nod of his head, before she grabbed a stack of chips of different colors, all that totaled 100 dollars, counted it to her and then passed them over to Zodiac behind the barred window.

Mortll
Mortll nodded well its a good thing bees hybernate in the winter isnt it Miss ...um Indigo isnt it she picked up her phone and sent a quick text To Jane the last thing she needed was her whining for a week miserable from bee stings. "When can they be picked up ?"

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) Half his coins gone, no winner yet. but again, he really didn't care. Keeping his eyes locked straight forward on the rolling tiles, the 70 year old woman just to his left, studiously ignored. He briefly looked at his watch. Hmm seemed later.

Indigo
“Right now.” She set her glass down and tapped her screen on her cell and put it to her ear. “Suit up and wake the sweet beasts. They are heading out with you.” She paused a few seconds while her eyes rolled upward. “Then pin a shamrock on your *** and be festive about it. Who mixed up the bees to begin with?” The callended as her cell disappeared back in her jacket. “Simple as that Ms. Mortll.”

Zodiac
"Why thank you." *she said to Enver's thoughts as she took the chips. She turned and looked up at the giant beside her as her smile grew wider. * "I am just about to see how abundant luck can be this evening, brother."

Mortll
"Well miss Indigo now how much for a couple of hives of the ummm Killer bees to be delivered to Miss Zodiac ? The lady would love to have a few ?"

Enver Marshall II
"If that lady there..." Enver pointed to Mortll from across the room for every cashier to see, "Comes in, she gets one hundred on the house too." Keeping both those ladies busy was a good plan in his mind for so many reasons. With that said, Enver left the cage and headed for the buffet bar. It wasn't every night of the week that he handed out some beef.

Indigo
had a dilemma. The killer bees were illegal, ended up in the wrong hands so there was that. She could spare some. “Enter the delivery address and I will consider it a sampler of sorts.” She pulled out her cell and prepped the screen needed for doing so. “I would be happy to.”

Mortll
Mortll winked and smiled at the woman "Thank you very much in our line of work we find such things very usefull " She entered the delivery address of Zodiacs shop in Honeymead. "You never know when you will need a great ummm You know deterant "

Mortll
She eyed Enver at his gesture wondering what the man was up to .

Mordechai
The killer nodded in acknowledgement as he swung into position, one step back and to the left of the colorful mystic. "may the luck of the stars shine in your eyes this nice madame zo"

Indigo
took the cellphone back and saved the info. Her eyes drifted over to the direction of Enver as well.

Zodiac
*She reached out and caught his fingers in her hand* "Come with me," *she insisted* "Perhaps today is the luck of the little people, but perhaps a giant brings me even more luck."

Enver Marshall II
grabbed a plate of corned beef and potatoes and moved away from the buffet. His eyes bounced between Mortll and Zodiac as he headed back to the bar. He needed another drink. A double. Pronto.

Mordechai
followed quietly, where he was led. His thoughts wandered, but for the moment he kept them to himself. He would not fain on her parade this night, but soon he would need to get back to the forge. Just this evening he had passed out over 7,000 rounds of ammunition and two wonderfully craft weapons to an old acquaintance, as the threat grew ever closer.

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) He was down to 3 more coins, then he could push off. Insert coin, pull crank, watch the spinning object slowly come to an stop. Repeat.

Indigo
watched him approach the bar with a plate in hand. His beef and booze likely would be his momentary focus. That meant it was safe to resume her seat and admire the growing crowds.

Ariadne
slid in along the wall to the right of the doorway. She'd been avoiding the public in general since her return from the underground crypt.

Mortll
Mortll shrugged and thought why the **** not she went and claimed the 100 bucks i coins and took a seat at the slots she sat next to a man who had a old bitty on the other side of him she plugged in a coin and ended up with a bust she glaced at the man then looked again ... something was familar about him yet she hadnt seen him before.

Zodiac
*SHe claimed a spot next to a man who seemed to be on a bad streak with the slots. She imagined the woman trying to flirt with him wasn't helping much either.* I used to have such fun with the people in the CW playing these" *she explained to her brother* "Make them think I was using magicks." *one coin in the slot and a pull. A handful of coins come out* "One dollar spend, 22 gained."

Zodiac
*she turned and spied Ari trying to be sneaky. She tugged on Mordie's hand and pointed* "I think Lady Luck may be smiling on you too, brother."

Mordechai
The killers eyes wer in their never ending scan as he watched over his sister slipping between the tables when they traced over a semi curvaseous brunette edging along the wall. Eyes glanceing behind her found the area to be empty, free of anyone and a frown graced his countenance. Concentrating he reached out with his mind. ~Where are you to ******* rejects at? I have asked you for one thing in all this time, ONE thing. and you two fucks leave her alone with all the mayhem outside. The best part of you dribbled off my arm when I fed you. I should have left your worthless carcasses for the rats.~ This world truly was in its death throes if you couldnt even count on those you had saved from eterenal death, to do a small task.

Enver Marshall II
He saw Indigo in her seat at the bar, and not being one to resist, Enver got up with half a plate of beef in one hand, and his drink in the other and scooted over by the woman. "In the mood for some beef now?" Enver asked cheekily as he sat down besides her.

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) Last coin. The coin went in... as someone took the seat next to him. He glanced right, he recognized Mortll. He finished his drink, and pulled the handle, with his eyes back on the screen in front of him. As the spinners came to a halt, it was a bust once more. Outwardly he sighed grimly, inwardly he was relieved. Standing up, he nodded absently to the women, and headed back to the bar. He pushed the empty glass toward the bartender.

Zodiac
*Zodiac slapped her hand on the now vacant seat to claim it. She dropped a dollar in and pulled. The lights on top pulsed as the machine finally gave up a nice chunk of change.* "It's all in the timing," *she smirked as she took a bucket and raked the coins into it*

Sage
head turned fast enough he almost lost the lime wedge pinned between his lips. He looked to Salvador then back to the gift shop he had just left. He wanted that Iron Man costume but it wasn’t for sale. “You hear that?”

Indigo
eyed him then dropped her eyes to his beef and the cabbage. “I suggest you avoid the cabbage if you are offering any beef as you call it later. The cabbage on its final descent is a mood killer.”

Mordechai
'indeed, sister' The killer stayed physically close to Zodiac, as she drew in her winnings, but his eyes sorted and evaluated the people in the path of the woman circling the edges of the gaming room

Enver Marshall II
Enver chuckled and winked at the woman. He could appreciate some quick witted candor. "Never really liked vegetables. Nothing to worry about there." He set the plate down and then sighed. "You should be mingling. Not baby sitting. I'll be a good boy." Enver promised...as much as he could in terms of 'good' when it came to him,

Zodiac
*The woman that was sitting between her and Mort gave her an angry look as she raked in the payout.* "Too slow" *she thought to herself. Once she dropped the last coin into the bucket, she made a gesture that the machine was now the woman's to feed. Odds were it would not give a decent payout again for several hours minimum. She turned back to her own and tried again. This time getting nothing*

Indigo
smirked and stood up. “I am hardly babysitting. I am enjoying the view.” She winked and took her glass with her as she stepped away perched gracefully on a set of six inch heels.

Mortll
Mortll winked at Zo and fed another coin into the slot pulling the leaver instead of opting for the button something about the handle felt good in her hand. "You know my dear you keep winning we will have to celebrate "

Zodiac
*She laughed* "I am always down for a good party." *she did some quick math before trying again* "It all a matter of odds. That guy that was here? Had to have fed this thing 50 to 100 times. The odds favored it giving up something."

Doc
(Using Alter Ego so no one would recognize him) After a second thought, He got the bartender's attention, and shook his head. He was going to pass on the third drink. He settled his table and headed toward the exit.

Mordechai
[You gave items to Zodiac.]

Mordechai
slipped a small gold bar to the woman before him, then rested his hand on her shoulder for a moment ~for luck, win something for both of us~

Zodiac
*looks at the item, then smiles* "I will do the best I can. Thank you"

Enver Marshall II
watches Miss Knight walk away, then ducks into his office

Enver Marshall II
haha

Mortll
Mortll noticed the direction that Mr Marshall took and excused hersef from Zo "Ill be back in a bit darlin here take my cup " She got up and went to the office door and knocked

Zodiac
*After another unsuccessful spin, Zo glances around the room. She sees the woman Mort was talking to earlier moving smoothly along* "Oh, be still my un beating heart." *She thought. What was the expression? Easy on the eyes? she frowned as she lost again*

Enver Marshall II
****. Enver hadn't expected anyone to knock on the door of his office. He looked down at his green attire, the one he planned to slip out in, because he heard there was a pub crawl somewhere in harper Rock. Crazy, right? In the middle of a zombie apocolypse. He had to see with his own eyes....undercover. He placed a set of cheap glasses on his nose and opened the door to see who was at it.

Enver Marshall II

Indigo
slowed in her steps glancing at a curly headed male trying to dispose of something from his mouth. Frowned then glanced back to the woman Mortll had been with earlier. She stepped in closer and glanced at the results of her latest pull. She tried to inspire the next round but it seemed like she hit a wall. A shrug of her shoulders had her smiling.”Good evening.”

Zodiac
*she turned and looked up at the woman. Zo made a gentle gesture to her forehead, than to the woman's before letting her mindspeak reach out* "Good evening. Please forgive my thoughts in your mind, but it's the only way I can speak save for sign language"

Mordechai
let his gaze wander, following the direction of Zodiac's eyes, the woman had a seventh, or maybe eith sense for danger, and the killer had long learned not to ignore her. The woman that seemed to be the target of her gaze, wasnt really anything special, nothing compared to the woman that awaited him back in gullsbourogh, nowhere near, but at least she did have goot taste in shoes. Continuing the turn, he let his eyes touch upon eachand every person with in his spere of action.

Mortll
Mortll almost choked at the sight before her "Umm Hello there Mr Marshall if i could have a word with you ?"

Indigo
went about signing “Hello. It is a pleasure to finally meet you. Indigo Knight.” Her hand extended and waiting for that of the woman who would hopefully have a better round in slots.

Mordechai
dropped his eyes to the woman's hand as he reached for the hilt of his sykes. if there was an odd wing, or color, this woman had drawn her last unneeded breath.

Mordechai
[ring]

Zodiac
*She took the offered hand and shook. Her mind already trying to judge the woman by her grip. Allurist, perhaps? She withdrew her hand and replied with her hands* "Oh thank the gods! Someone who can understand me for once" *the smile blossomed on her face* "Most know me as Mistress Zodiac." *she pulled a business card from her clutch and handed it to the woman*

Enver Marshall II
Enver shrugged his shoulders, then rubbed at his jawline. "Sure. Did you get your chips?" Enver asked, assuming that this was what she wanted to talk about.

Mortll
"Yes yes i did thank you I see that you are in a partying mood she gestured the outfit I do hope that vampires that eat and drink dont have to take a piss you might have a slight problem in that get up " she smiled "Ive been wanting to have a bit of a word with you since recent events "

Indigo
accepted the card as her eyes took in the details. Like magic it disappeared as her hand released the hand shake. Again she formed her words with her hands flawlessly. “You have the most striking eyes.” Indigo was never one to hold back a positive observation. So much about the woman had her attention. Her eyes were drawn upward and widened as they went. “Hello.” She said softly.

Enver Marshall II
Enver grinned wide at the fact mortll thought he was going out to party. Made sense though given his reputation. Then his grin faltered. "Look. I had nothing to do with what happened." He wanted that to be known, given his reputation with most people in the city.

Zodiac
*The tone of the woman's simple hello gave her more clues. It was habit, and an akward one sometimes. In a setting like Harper Rock, she learned fast how to spot if someone was being sincere or trying to stab you in the back. So far, this one fell into the former pile of things* "You know how much of my life I wished I could do that? Just say 'hello'?" *she signed again. It felt good to be able to 'talk' normally for once*

Mordechai
A short discreet nod acknowledged the greeting as Mordechai delved deep into the woman's mind. Parsing the detrius from her intents as he made a mental picture of her training and an almost casual threat assesment. "You have nice shoes." he added in greeting.

Zodiac
"OH HOW RUDE OF ME!" *she continued to sign* "This is my brother, Mordechai."

Indigo
couldn’t say she knew what the woman truly wanted but the meeting was a start. Her eyes traveled upward again to the taller than average man and then glanced down at her shoes. He knew his shoes well. She smiled as the woman introduced her brother. “It is a fitting name indeed.” She nodded.

Mordechai

Zodiac
"Oh, he has a good eye for a lot of things." *Zo continued to sign. She had almost managed a blush at the woman's words concerning her eyes*

Mortll
Mortll had to laugh of course he was used to getting blamed for things She knew that feeling all to well . "No no I know you had nothing to do with what happened I was just going to say regretably because of the circumstances our deal has to be off . No one in their right mind would send a child to this city no matter if we could cure cancer " she shrugged her shoulders
