Two issues:

1) Amalea got XP twice in one hour as indicated in blue.

2) Seva got XP even though he never spoke.

#3 - No chat XP whatsoever is being handed out

It looks like it's giving out exp when no one said anything, still. All the player did was leave in that hour.
