Witnessing things

In the past month, some of my characters have been witnesses to things
Feedings and killing cops for instance.
Fantastic.
Yet, I can't report any of it anywhere. So why do we even get these alerts anymore?

Blood thieves need them for their classing/dual classing quest >.> I know that much, lol

Aside from that, you can use them to keep track of who's a vampire as you have evidence, (unless you're a paladin with that collective recognition power, since that wouldn't matter you already know). Not quite as fun as the blood thief class but still important to some.
Also...tell me your secret! I almost never witness these things!

It's also useful for RP purposes, if you want to say you've spotted X individual feeding and want to kill them, for example.

Can we not have an option to report it to HR police data base?
Maybe?

esp if say, you spot someone killing cops?

Yeah that might be a good idea now that we have the war and peace slider.

That would be awesome.
Maybe like...killing cops and soldiers can be reportable offenses to HR police data base?

Wouldn't that occur automatically when a vampire is seen feeding by a human? Or does that only occur if they're seen by npc humans?

I don't know if it's automatic anymore. I believe once upon a time you could pick and choose what you repot. Now, I'm not sure what is and isn't reported because I can't click the link that used to tell me to report things if I was interested in doing so.

Once the masq fell, I thought auto reporting went away?
