Enver just won the battle and that was that. Nothing different was done than any other battle this way before.

where on grid were they when they engaged, and where in Harper Rock was Enver transported to?

They were in some battle arena.

I think this must be an issue with the temporary battle locations getting cleared before the winner(s) are transported out is all. If David doesn't get to this first, I'll try my hand at fixing it soon.
