Path of the Vampire forum

So, I'm not sure which, but I think stats geared towards Charisma and or speech craft should allow characters to pick up some rumors that aren't the typical run of the mill in clubs/bars.

So, right now there have been the one about the giant monsters, enver's book, lawyer arguing for rights of vampires and a few others...but there should be others that those with high charisma and or speech craft should be able to get because they're just that smexy...er, I mean social and such.
