So this is actually two things,
I thought of this originally back when I first crossed blood thieves while using a vampire, who offer money in return for blood, and thought that it would be a fantastic way for characters who are blood thieves to either make money or find willing victims. The same idea could also be applied to people who craft, forge, or just find really high weapons that they want to trade not sell for a particular item.
So any character could offer for someone to feed on them in return for either an amount of money they choose, or an item, and could set it for however many times they would allow this to happen. If you ran out of blood it would automatically turn off. It could also be set to only allow certain types to feed, perhaps only blood thieves could feed on your vampire character.
In reverse, your character could offer cash or items for blood, be this a vampire character looking for vampire/human blood, or a blood thief looking for vampire blood. This way, even offline, you could continue gaining pxp if people saw it and did it (and you had enough items or cash).
Same way with trading items, offer cash for this particular item, or offer to trade one relic for another, so on.
