Path of the Vampire forum

Seems to be inserting some characters in place of apostrophes and quotes.

Example:

adam’s

instead of adam's

or “And

instead of "And

It's not a huge deal, mostly cosmetic, but it makes re-reading a little bit of a chore.

Edit to add: This is also paying out way way more RPP than it should. Like Oakley was meant to get around 4300 RPP and Azraeth was meant to get about 3800 RPP. We both got closer to 16,000 RPP (Not that I'm complaining, but still).

Confirming the bugginess for the chat to forum.

This thread didn't have the issue with the ' or the ". Maybe it relates to the apostrophe in the title of the first thread, found here. Will experiment later to see.

As far as RPP goes, I started with 16k RPP, and after the voodoo nights RP was posted, I jumped to 19800(ish) RPP. Even though I only was supposed to gain about 930 RPP. It looks like it might be quadrupling RPP output for chat to forum.

And confirmed by Chloe, normal forum posts are giving the appropriate RPP output, so this is just impacting RP submitted to forum from chat.
