Random XP Bonus Days

From now on, every day there will be a 1 in 30 chance of XP bonuses, ranging anywhere between x3 XP and x6 XP. This means that once a month, average, there will be a day where everyone gains several times the normal XP, minimum.
When this happens, an alert will show on grid, so be sure to log in often in order to catch the XP bonus days when they happen. This bonus will also apply to RPP conversion rates, so it's smart to roleplay as often as you can in order to save up RPP to convert it to XP on one of these days.
On a related note: catch up boosts will remain at 1 karma point per boost, rather than going back to the usual price of 2 karma points per boost.
