Battle was supppsed to start at 12:00 UTC.
It started at 1:00 UTC.

As a supplement to this: Sunrise has been occurring at seemingly random times for awhile now.
Last night my business payouts were an entire 3 hours early.

Businesses run whenever you log in, not at sunrise anymore.

If it's 1 hour late again then that will narrow down the bug. But let me know if it's more than 5 minutes late again, either way.
