Curse: Distraction

There is a limited amount of curses for human characters and I would like to see that list expanded.
One of the curses that I would like to see added is Distraction. I see this as being an umbrella curse for any attention deficit disorder that may limit a character's ability to remain engaged in conversation for more than x-amount of time, or achieve goals (leading to potential extreme depression curse). It could also make characters unreliable in retaining information without them going as far as getting the stupidity curse.
It could be a gateway curse to sensory overload once turned.
Information about ADHD / ADD can be found here. It's generally categorised as: ADHD includes a combination of persistent problems, such as difficulty sustaining attention, hyperactivity and impulsive behaviour.
