Break the Cycle

So, upon turning, Syn woke without her emotions and I have been thinking about breaking that curse.
What is the idea?
Well, I was thinking that perhaps a situation fell into the woman's hand. Say, for example, she was forced to turn someone due to unexpected circumstances. Like, for instance, Syn turns down a dark street that has no cameras. Someone else, a thief or perhaps a witness to a murder runs down this street to escape their pursuer. This pursuer, stabs/shoots the thief/witness and Syn realises that it may be possible that being a vampire, someone may assume that it was she who killer/almost killed the wounded person, so she turns them to save their life as an ambulance wouldn't turn up in time.
So now she is responsible for a life which forces her to have to think about the emotions about this person, to have to think about the well fare of this person. Eventually, after time it may be possible that emotions might start to rise, eventually breaking the curse and what not.
