Hello!

I have a dilemma I need some help with. Since Baxter's finished Tier 1, I decided I wanted to make him a dual-class Pala-BT but...

An NPC here is willing to teach you how to learn Blood Thief powers. In return he wants the names of 3 vampires, and $50,000 cash. You must witness the vampires feeding or using supernatural abilities with your own eyes, in order to be sure, and all sightings must be fairly recent (within the past month). You will also need 50 PXP.

I have the cash and the PXP but now I need the vampire sightings. So I was wondering if there was anyone willing to help out.

As far as I'm aware, the risks are that your vamp's gonna get shot at or stabbed and their security level will rise for a while (so the usual exposure stuff, I think?)

If anyone's willing to lend a hand, it'd be much much obliged! <3

Okay, hold that thought. This quest might have a bug. <.< 50 PXP, 50k cash and three vamps later, the NPC is still saying,

You do not know enough vampire identities to give to the Blood Thief in exchange for the training.

Already hit up David on the matter so we'll see.

Just posting this here in case someone goes to do that quest, too.

What needs to happen.. I believe..

Is your human needs to be in the square when those three vampires use a power, feed, or do something that makes your character recognize they are a vampire

so Park your human in a square, ask those three vamps.. to come to that square and feed, or use a power..

You have to get the message that says you recognize them as a vampire, or it doesn't count.

He was in the square as the vamps and I got the alert every single time. >.<

It was a little strange because any time someone used a power*, it wouldn't work (there was no alert) but feeding gave both myself and the other player alerts.
