Overton Farms (on Sale!)

There have been 12 new farms added to 20, 39, world (in the wilderness, near the Wendigo forest). They are available for 40 karma for a limited time, and usually sell for 75 karma. These are not available for in-game cash, as they have to be built individually due to their unique features, so there is only a limited amount available.
Farms come with 2 areas--a farmland area and a farmhouse area. The farmland section of the properties contains 9 free farmland tiles, which act in the same way as hydroponics equipment (which usually cost 10 karma each). The farmhouse is of a slightly larger design than the standard apartments found in most towers.
There is also still one farm still available on Walnut Grove, which is also available for the discounted price of 40 karma.
