Hunter Charms

Abel has yet to cross any hunters.
The only hunter charm he got his hands on was the one given in tutorial, which I've already used.

Since charms are necessary to do locating rituals, and I have none, I can't find hunters for charms.
A veritable Catch-22.

Any place hunters tend to converge on grid?

Have the changes in storyline made them rarer still?

They are rarer, I believe. You might need bei to do locate enemy rit, which I'm happy to do. we just need to be online at same point!

Hunter Footsoliders used to be found in the sewers, but after the Underworld War chapter, The Order of St. James of the Sword was driven out of Harper Rock. Now the only Hunter Footsoldiers appear on the main grid (and in public buildings). Unfortunately, the only way to really stock up on the hunter charms is during hunter/paladin raids at this point.

@ B: I may take you up on that offer at a later date. Thank you.

@ Josh: Any foreseeable changes for their rarity to decrease? Would aiming for a paladin plot that leads to impact threads make it possible for things to change, bring about something newish? It seems every other human one bites is a hunter these days... Is there info on those specific raids on the wiki? (Posting from phone. Sorry.)

I'd guess the rarity won't decrease until/unless something happens that would bring a new faction of paladins into the city. Even then, it's ultimately David's call, but I can't imagine, if players put a lot of work in, he would turn down the idea.

As for the vampires biting hunters thing, the only way that's going to change is with RP, I believe. As vampires and humans do things that make vampire/human relations better or worse, the number of hunters will change. But I think what you're saying is that the number of hunters gives weight to the idea that there might be more paladins?

If so, then I suspect David would still want the roleplay to back it up, especially since the death of the Order of St. James of the Sword was a chapter consequence.

Also paladin raids are just battle raids in a place filled with hunter footsoldiers, apprentice sorcs, etc.

Sorcerers selling 'upgrades' to humans in a world of chaos, offering them a chance to match the strength of the immortals that live amongst them. Except, there's no small font to the imaginary contract to indicate that they're being upgraded into paladins in order to be harvested later on because supply is low. Oops. Maybe if they catch on, they can rebel.
