Quarantine zone

Alrighty then, another question. I am in the sewers trying to get IN the quarantine zone. (Silly me.) I can come out at 31,19 - but that puts me just outside the QZ.
How do I get IN to the QZ? Other exits from the sewers don't seem like I am in the QZ zone?

use this map (bookmark it, imo)

at the bottom, go to the tab marked 'sewers'. If you have your co'ords set to on, it's easy to follow the map to the sewer exits marked in orange. You want 31,19.

If you ever find yourself on the western side of the city's underbelly needing to get across to the QZ, there are other ways to get into it without wasting all your energy moving through the maze of sewers.
You can also come up from the sewers into Sanctuary [world 24,22] and use the fade portal to get into Corvidae Flats. That sewer exit is 26,22.
Alternatively, you can also exit near Lancaster's in Stag Heath [world 17,32] and use the fade portal inside [Lancaster's 9,10] to get to Sanctuary and then to Corvidae Flats. The nearest sewer exit to Lancaster's is [world 10,33] and sewer coordinates also [10,33].
The map is the most valuable bookmark I have related to this game, but sometimes I'm too short on energy to deal with the sewers...
Are there any other public buildings n town that have fade portals to the QZ / Sanctuary?

I do seem to spend most of my energy getting from point A to point B.
Right now, just killing zombies. After that I will find out where to go and why I
need to be there. : )

If you're struggling with your energy, I recommend you focus your level up points into Stamina.
This will give you more energy to run around the grid. The minimum you should have is 20, I would say. The first thing I did was max Levi's Stamina. More energy means more opportunities to gain EXP and therefore you level up quicker.
If you're looking to stay in the QZ, you might want to consider camping in Corvidae Flats. The Zombies spawn directly inside and there is even a shop top-right of the building (12, 5) where you can buy Blood Packs. But, seeing as how Blood Packs are $300 a pop, you might be better off using the Fadeportal at the bottom-left of the building (7, 10). The piano.
The Fadeportal from Corvidae will teleport you to The Sanctuary. Move two spaces South and one space South-West to find the exit. You will be outside then in Wickbridge. Only hunt Humans in a security 1 zone else you risk being caught or attacked.
The Fadeportal between Corvidae and The Sanctuary works both ways too, so you can use the same one to go back to Corvidae Flats in the QZ.

There is also a fade portal at the top of West towers Take the P button on the elevator and walk straight down don't enter the penthouse but walk through the black space behind the door to the fade portal .
it takes you to the abandoned fire house just below the Exit .
