Are there any active paladins who would be interested in the role of one of the other hunters mentioned in the ritual above?

** I'm asking based on the assumption that the other hunters are not specifically paladin berserker NPCs.

Cheers, mate!

I'm still interested in pursuing this should anyone be so inclined to join in.
I'd love to have Jack meet a person or two on his path to paladadadading.

I'm actually confused on this. I thought sorcerers did the tats?

If you need a sorcerer, I might know one...who needs practice.

Me too...
A Paladin's power comes from the enchantments placed on their bodies by sorcerers. When a Paladin is made, they are tattooed with various runes and symbols, and these runes are enchanted by Sorcerers, who use "chi" to infuse the individual with great power. The process is very similar to the process used to enchant weapons and relics. It is unknown if the runes and symbols have any power on their own, or if it's entirely the enchantment process which makes a paladin powerful. Enchanting a human being in such a way is a dangerous process, and many die during it (don't worry, it won't happen to you in game), but those strong enough to survive slowly start to develop the various paladin skills. More immediately, their bodies become stronger and faster, and their minds become sharper.

I have two Human characters at the moment.

Diego, my Sorcerer, is too much of a dumbass to get involved (and he's really rather pro-Vampire), and Claude is a Blood Thief so... unhelpful. >.<

I wish you well, dear! Sorry I can't be much of an assistance. <3

Per the wikipedia page I also was expecting sorcerers, but upon finding the Paladin Beserker and handing over the cash, that's the ritual commentary I got. I took a screencap to refer back to it when I write the solo thread I have planned, but I wanted to gamble on taking the opportunity for some roleplay instead.

I'm plenty happy to play with sorcerers.
From my understanding, there are a few people around when someone goes through the ritual.
There could be sorcerers, paladins, and dual-class Dark Theurgy people.

The only thing, I believe, is that sorcerers involved in this ritual would probably be friend of fae and definitely anti-vampire. Are there any sorcerers like that around? What's your sorcerer's take on vampires, Prudence? I'm happy to discuss plot. I'm looking to establish a relationship of sorts that will go past the ritual itself, so the ritual needn't necessarily be written in detail (I can cover that in a solo thread).

Proof that Az is doing his part.

@ The topic of sorcerers & pallies: A sorcerer would be the one who performs the rune ritual, but a paladin would need to be there to train the character on how to use their powers, so both would be necessary to have an effective Paladin.

Good luck with finding what you're looking for. <3!
