That is where the character applies for an in-game job.

The only question, would be whether or not the 'earnings' would be public.

But if a person wanted to know who owned the business; who worked where; I would say that is all IC.

Because a customer who used the business, would meet the employees at some point. Some businesses may have an employee of the month posted; more and more websites have staff members listed.

And the yellow pages still publish.. there is a chamber of commerce that would list businesses.. so I don't think its that hard of a stretch to for a player to use that page's information icly..

just my opinion.

I always assumed it was IC, or at least hearsay ICly.
