[IMPACT] Something a bit different

HEY.

So, the character I have who's shouting the loudest about the latest chapter is Jesse.

He's basically an anarchist. Rather than sit back and cause more trouble, however, he'd seek to skip past all the niceties. He thinks that everyone's scared because the humans will figure out how to close the sundering, and the holocaust will happen all over again. Vampires will be slaughtered.

SO.

Why not widen the sundering? Or, do some research and figure out how the Sundering was done to begin with so that other cities can have their very own rift. Basically, he's all for bringing more elders back from the dead, bringing more vampires back in general, and making sure that the rifts are so big or so numerous that it would difficult/impossible to close them and thus securing the survival of the vampire race because they can always come back from the dead.

David has already said that there could be clues leftover from how Cobb succeeded in the Sundering, as well as other NPCs that could reach out/be approached to help.

Jesse is one of those who thinks that vampires should be the ones in power, with the humans under their thumbs and not the other way around. If ID bracelets are brought in or some kind of violent tagging/slaughtering of vampires, Jesse's not going to go along willingly. He's going to rebel.

Anyone else in that camp who'd want to smash out an impact thread with me? Let me know here or in PM!

I've got no other interest on this so far, but I started it anyway, made it open:

It gives a bit more background. If anyone wants to jump in.

Just wanted to say that I love this idea. Whit might be interested in expanding the sundering, but I have to catch up on posts a bit before I can commit to anything fully.
