(OOC: Open to anyone on the trip)

I'm confident Doc and Cyth are fine, but since everyone, or should I say, almost every female had the urge to go find them, due to their emotional mindset, I figured I would cash in on that mentality for a great ocean fishing trip. And the best part of it all? I think this guy named Boner is in on it with me. Or he just doesn't care and wants to fish. Who the hell knows, but it's crazy to think that we can take a charter boat, more or less to Tahiti. I think we'll make it to the panama canal area fine, since we'll have some shoreline all the way down, but after that? Nothing but open ocean and no way to get fuel. But hey, it should be one hell of an adventure.

I wonder when they'll realize we're not getting to Tahiti. Doc and Cyth will thank me later. I'm sure of it.

Sometimes plans sound great while they are made in the moment. Skydiving for example. It sounded good while she was hanging with Benny after midnight on the roof of her grandfather's garage sharing a bottle of tequila. Dominique had never tried it before but it sounded like a rush she could afford to indulge in. She was high. What was wrong with getting higher? A lot.

Twelve hours later a whole hell of a lot. All the planning and sense of adventure went out the window as Benny took her with him when he jumped with her harnessed to his body like she was a Siamese twin. Nothing in the bottle the polished off the night before had her ready. However, It cured her hangover. Benny was treated to the contents of the lunch he told her to hold off on until the first jump was complete. They planned, they were prepared until that moment came.

It was like dejavu standing in the bedroom packing the expedition backpack. Same sense of adventure and anticipation filled her. Sunscreen was dropped in the side pouch then pulled back out at least twice. Finally the expired tube was tossed in the trash. Several swimsuits went in. The shadow was pretty sure one or two pieces belonged to Kenlie or Kaelyn. It didn't matter because last word was that both ladies were onboard with the plans. Those plans…

It was supposed to be doable. Boner was a seaman. He knew the water like no one else. He lived on it, worked on it. So what was the problem? She was pretty sure no one else including herself had a ******* clue what to do once they out of trolling depths. Sure she overhauled Stagger’s boat but this was a little different than river cruising. And there was a hell of a lot of distance between their starting point and their destination. She checked her app on her cellphone and again felt another slap of reality hitting her. Tahiti or bust right? Or burn, ash or…

About those plans.
