No Owner Controls on New Building [b]

I don't know whether this is a similar issue to this here:

But Blaise just bought HRWU Dance Studio for 30 karma from Monique -- it doesn't show up in his property list as owned, and nor does he have owner controls once inside. :/

I don't think the two reports are related, but this is certainly a bug anyway.
I've given control of it to Blaize. I think the problem here was that the property is co-owned with Wolfgang, so Monique shouldn't have been able to list it as for sale. I'll fix that issue a little later.
