What's the deal?

You cannot buy or sell from this character, as one of your characters
has helped or been helped by one of their characters recently.
Does it extend to any and all interactions between IPs?
What about if you buy from x on one account? Can you buy from x again with another character?
Because you never really know with auctions who you are getting stuff from...
Are these restrictions time-sensitive?

Because your other char Bjorn was aided, healed,given something by the maker of that weapon charlie cannot buy from person.
It is an alt aid preventing sctipt. So that people do not make alt characters to benefit thier main char.

Mainly they're the guns I sell that aren't made with Q14-Q15s, so they don't get an awesome name. That being said, apparently you only have to wait one month. I thought it was three months, but there was a thread in bugs that covered this topic and David confirmed only one month.

It was only a few hours ago that it occurred to me that Pi was likely the seller, and that Bjorn’s handing off parts to her was why Charlie didn't get a new baby. I’m glad to hear that is only a month! Maybe by then she will have enough to spend on a bit more accuracy and pow-pow-pow.

Yep, that'll do it. I rarely get caught up in that code, cause I only play one character, so I have no alts to close the loop.

Blake has a few pretty spiffy guns if Charlie would like one without having to wait on the alit aiding code. Drop me a PM if you're interested. I'm seeing a few 14/13's and 13/14's if you're curious about the stats on the guns.
