I see it says at least 2 participants not on the same ip.

I would assume this means if you have 3 or more participants they all must be on seperate ips?

You can have people on the same IP in the same thread, there just has to be at least one other person. For example, Jack and Jill are in the same household. They can't have a thread alone, but they could have a thread with Jack, Jill, and Tom (Tom being someone on another IP). There just has to be at least 2 people on 2 separate IPs.
