Path of the Vampire forum

Can they be given by another pc in RP how does this exactly work? My character is really close with a Sorcerer Pc name Daisey Broken feather. I don't want to post something that is not cannon or we don't want to upset how things are done.

I'm fine with PC sorcs being the ones who put the tattoos on a paladin, unless David says otherwise. Just bear in mind that the process is not a pleasant one, as it basically involves searing the tattoo/runes into the paladin's skin.
