Downfalls of a Territory War (Dominique and Doc)

Lennox had spent the last few months working her *** off. Every day was a simple routine; work at the clinic, feed, head off to the caves to kill a few beasts, get a couple hours of rest and then rinse and repeat. It was seeming a little mundane but that was fine given that she was trying to trying to get stronger to catch up to Professor X and Dominique. She wanted to prove to them that she could keep up even with being years younger than them in the vampiric life.
Rolling over as the alarm assaulted her ears, she smacked it off the night stand. As the alarm clock hit the wall and broke, she groaned because that was another alarm clock that she needed to replace. Lennox got out of bed and started getting ready for her day. It was going to be a long day at the office as there was a full client list so she just decided to grab a blood bag from the fridge, pouring it into a coffee mug and warmed it up as she finished getting dressed. Skinny jeans, a colorful silk top, a fashion scarf, black blazer, and a pair of boots. Running to the kitchen as she pulled her hair up into a ponytail, she pulled her coffee mug out of the microwave and downed it. It killed the hunger within her body but there were times that she missed food. Rushing out of the door, she made a quick jog to the transit. Checking her email and then Facebook as she waited for the train, it annoyed her when the train was a couple minutes behind which it seemed to be this very day.
Fifteen minutes went by and she was finally at work. Walking in with a tray of coffees for the desk clerks, she passed them out and then went to her desk to get started on paperwork, putting the files away from the day before and then retrieving files that would be needed for the day. Everything had an organized system and if anything was out of place, she fixed it before messed up the system and slowed the whole day down. Taking a moment to send a text to her sister as she wasn’t sure if she was up for going to the caves when she got off of work but it would depend on what was going on.
’Hey Dom! I was wondering if you were up to hanging out tonight?’
