Thank you for your timely manner in this matter. I have decided, based on your enclosure, that we should increase the volume of Coca-Cola, and decrease the volume of Mr. Pibb, until we find an alternative that might be a better sale. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears.

Mr. Marshall,

I went ahead and ordered more Coca-Cola as you requested by a volume percentage of ten percent, while decreasing the Mr. Pibb volume by twenty-five percent. I think we should be able to see more money being saved, than wasted with these numbers, but will look again in one months time frame. If you agree.
