I know that the Ritualist can perform this for the collected ingredients and $300,000. However, I was wondering if there was a tome so people can do it themselves?

I checked the Magic Shop and couldn't find one.

Does anyone know where I can find one?

Tome was given out via an impact thread years back. Few have it.
