After Nishaa had left the hotel room, Marjani decided it was time. Time to clean her side of the closet of clothes she would never wear again. All the girl clothes. Months had gone by and Mari was still stuck in Theodore's body, but she wasn't about to change that with offing herself or looking for trouble. She would never intentionally harm her wife in that way; not that Nishaa was unhappy with how things were now. Was she completely happy about it? Not really, but Mari was finally getting used to being the dorky, gangling, skinny, white guy whose body she lifted the night she returned.

There were two piles made on their bed. One for tops and one for bottoms and then finally, a third pile. Things she would keep that she never wore. Maybe Nishaa could wear them. Mari liked things tight up top, but baggy down below back in the day, so maybe Nishaa could fit into some of her pants. Or maybe Mari was just going to keep the third pile for the just in case scenario. Just in case she didn't wake up with a penis one night. Weirder things have happened in Harper Rock.

With everything off the hangers and in their own piles, Mari moved to a dresser and pulled out all the shirts she took from Theo's house, that didn't scream nerdy white boy, and hung them up. Next, a bunch of different pairs of pants. Some that came from Theodore's house and some she bought in the early nights of coming around to the idea of being a guy now. All the jeans and casual dress pants came from Theodore's house, while various colored faux leather pants came from a shopping trip at the mall. She got some looks, but did Mari care? If anyone could pull off odd colored pleather pants, Mari could. Well, Theo could now too, since they were one of the same!

As the woman pulled out the pants that had been Theodore's and was now hers, something flitted to the ground. She frowned, bent down and snatched it up. The paper was flipped and Mari came to realize that it wasn't a piece of paper. It was a card. A business card. With a name that she hadn't forgotten about, but had been put on the back burner with everything else she had been doing.

Mari felt bad. The woman had promised to take him to some of the know-it-all places in the city. The up and coming clubs for his story or whatever he was doing. Was it a book or a travel guide thing? Mari decided it didn't matter, she had to do what she promised. With the card clutched tightly in one hand, Mari moved to the side table near the bed and grabbed her cell phone off it. She typed the number in after pulling up the text messenger application and sent a text to get the ball rolling. Texting was easier, because Mari could take as long as she needed to sound like a guy.

Hey Marty, Wanna check out the Boom Boom Room 2nite? 2for1 rail drinks. Hit me up, bro. Theodore

Mari read the message over and over again before shrugging and sending it to the number the guy gave her. She hoped he said yes because now Mari wanted to go out. Mari tossed the card and her phone on her and Nish's bed before pulling out some clothes. No matter what the guy said, Marjani was going to go out. Maybe she could even talk Nish into going out too, was her final thought as Mari pulled the red t-shirt over her head and down over her chest. When her phone played a snip of a song by Jeremih, Mari knew Marty had responded. But before she read it, Mari walked inside the bathroom and opened the eye liner. She applied a top and bottom coat to her lids, finally familiar with Theodore's eye shape after months and months of practice and looking like a crack head.

"Mmmm. I know I look fabulous tonight." Mari assured the reflection-less mirror in the bathroom, doing a snap with her fingers before she tossed the eye liner in her basket of makeup, turned on her hip and went to share all the details of the club with Marty after she read his acceptance of her invitation.

This turning thread is backdated to 11/8/15
This city! What the **** was up with this city?! Whatever it was, Marty was done with it. He had been searching for a flight home, had given up. There was no story here, but a horror story. He was not about to write about all of that and have the whole world thinking he was crazy. ***, he thought he was crazy! Vampires?! It had started with talk of zombies in the QZ, and that woman… She had bitten him, he remembered that. It had freaked him out, and even more so when he had a better look at the pictures he had taken of the QZ. He had seen something, thought a closer look at the image showed what could have been guessed to be a rotting corps. Really?! Marty had just played all of this off to stress, and that maybe it had been too soon to come back to work. He couldn’t pull himself to fully believe it.

That all changed on Halloween night, with his venture to the Metronome club. Never in a million years would he have imagined running into Randall Thorne. That man was the true definition of a monster. The killer had held no truths from Marty that night, even though he had not been wanting to know such things. Randal had fangs, like real ones…. He admitted to being a vampire, had threatened Marty. Such claims could have been pushed off to a twisted Halloween prank, but the strength of the man’s grip, among other things, allowed him to foresee truth through his disbelief. What was Marty supposed to do with all of this unwanted knowledge? Get out of town and forget it all happened… That’s seemed the best option!

There was no story here that he would risk his career on, or the safety of those he cared for. He didn’t want to be the one recommending anyone come visit this city of nightmares. Marty had gotten his phone back, but had not forgotten the threat Randall had given. This was all the accumulative reasons Marty was packing his bags. He was getting out of town, going to go back to New York and possibly be fired from his job. That was fine, it was time for a change… This whole experience had opened his eyes on what he was missing, stability. His phone suddenly went off, a number he didn’t recognize and Marty froze for a moment. His eyes just lingering to the device with a broken screen that sat on the nightstand.

Finally walking away from of one his suitcases he had been filling, Marty would have a look at the message. It had been from Theo, and Marty recalled the couple he had met a few nights ago. Did they know the secrets about this city? He didn’t think too into it, but would shoot a quick text back to the man. * Hey Theo, I’m actually about to head out of town in the morning, but some drinks tonight sound like a great way to end this trip. I just have to finish a few things up and will head out. Meet you there – Marty * It had been tempting to decline, but that would have been rude. Two for one drinks sounded tempting, as well some normal company.

Theo seemed the type who was easy to talk to. The man’s wife, Nishaa gave meaning to the saying if looks could kill. Marty got the cold feeling she didn’t like him at first, though had figured it was because he had imposed upon the couples night out. Those two, it was clear upon first sight how much they loved one another. They came off as having opposite personality wise, but perhaps that was what made them a perfect pair for one another. Marty assumed it would likely be the two of them meeting him tonight, and maybe Marty could have another chance at a first impressions.

Hot pink earphones were pushed inside the Necromancer’s ear as she made her way through the caverns hacking away at everything that she could. It was a good way to make her joints limber. It was a good way of waking herself up when she wasn’t making sweet, sweet love to her wife. Now THAT was a good wake up call. Her blade was held within both hands as she hacked and slashed her way through the belly, workers and lessers were minced meat before her fury. Blood caked the woman’s face. It was a usual attire for the woman, it was a good thing she hadn’t had her evening shower yet, she wore grey joggers and a black vest top, her raven hair was tied up in a messy ponytail - she had strands of black hair loose everywhere and sweat was making her forehead shiny.

“Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-erryyybomb” She sang as another worker collapsed at her feet dead soaking her white sneakers with blood. She had to wash them daily, they were her favorite they were way too comfy to leave behind. She could count of them if she needed to make a quick getaway they wouldn’t betray her.

Her energy depleted she dropped her blade to the ground and placed the palms of her hands on her knees as she caught her breathe. She had worked up quite the appetite from this workout, after another minute of heavy breathing she grabbed her sword and fished around her joggers pocket for the tome she had placed there for easy access - she read the magical words out loud and she was within the safety of the Eyrie. She dropped her weapons on the altar like she normally did and headed for the fourth floor, the penthouse sweet that belonged to her grandsire Micah and his wife Velveteen. She liked their shower much better than her own.

She checked the vicinity to make sure they weren't around before making her way to the bathroom where she ran the hot water and let the steam infiltrate the room. She exhaled and closed the door behind her incase they decided to come back, undressed and began to shower.

An hour later she was showered, dressed and was combing her mane of raven hair in her hotel room where she could see a pile of clothes had been left on the bed. Her wife’s doing she was sure. Tonight Nishaa had given into her feminine side, she had a black maxi dress on. It fell down to her knees, strapped to her thigh was her trusty kitchen knife, because you simply couldn’t walk around Harper Rock without being armed. She never knew who lurked around the corner.

’Where u @ sexy’

Was the text she fired off to her wife as she pushed a pair of flats onto her feet and began to head out to the main area of the hotel to find a suitable fadeportal to head through.

The high mood Mari had been in prior to texting Marty had dwindled a little. Until she came up with an ingenious plan. Why not go to all the places she mentioned the night they met and really give the guy something to remember about Harper Rock? Yes, that was exactly what she was going to do!
We should hit them all up then, bro. They all got a great crowd and atmosphere! Cya soon!

Mari shoved her phone that was pink with a rhinestones in the pockets of the stone washed jeans, grabbed one of her fabulous fur coats and left the family hotel through a fade portal in it.

The portal took her to Bullwood, which would eventually take her to the side of town she needed to be at, via the train. Her appearance was 'eccentric' maybe, and it showed when Mari got a couple looks from an couple in their late thirties to early forties. "What?" Her head bobbed to the left a little as she stared back at them, daring them to say something about her fur coat. People were always hating on her beautiful things, but Mari knew they just wished they could have them too. Because they would look killer, like her. Bitches be trippin, but she let them know how it was.

The woman looked shocked, muttered something to her husband and they both looked away. A new, but familiar snip of a song played-Mari's eyes lighting up. It was her Nish. Her fingers moved to the pocket of her jeans as Mari pulled it out and she smiled at the message she read.

I'm @ Bullwood station, baby. Going 2 the Boom Boom Room. Wanna tag along?

Mari hit send, looked up at the old couple to make sure they weren't staring at her again and put her phone in her coat pocket this time, knowing either Marty or Nishaa would be texting her back sooner than later.

It wasn't long before his phone was buzzing again. Another text from Theo, and it was one that had him smile. Why not try and go out on a high note. Maybe he could drink enough to forget the horrors of this city for at least an evening. * Sounds great man. C U soon. * He would shoot out the short response, before pocketing the device into the side pocket of his dark denim jeans. He wore just a plain white cotton T-shirt and would pull on a green sweater, before draping a scarf around his neck and heading to grab his jacket after pocketing his wallet. For a moment he stood near the door of his hotel room, his eyes lingering back. A brief moment of intuition told him he should stay in for his last evening within the city. Something bad was going to happen, but Marty would push back that feeling and focus on the countless drinks he planned on drinking.

Heading out, the room would be locked behind him as he made way down the hall, skipping the elevator (Marty had always loathed elevators) and would take the few flights of stairs down. The lobby area was surprisingly empty. Stepping out, the air was cold, and he was thankful for the warmth of his jacket and scarf. Though was wishing he had grabbed a pair of gloves, opting then to simply shove his hands in the pockets of his jacket. Heading down the street, Marty made a stop at one of the local shops. ”Hello, would you happen to know where the Boom Boom Room club is?” He asked the shopkeeper, and the man just gave him a dirty look. “Are you going to buy anything?”The man questioned with a hint of annoyance to his tone.

Buy something? Ya sure, why not and that was the first time Marty got a real good look at what the shop sold. What kind of shop was this? Marty would simply pick up the cheapest item he could find. It looked like a rusty kitchen knife. after the purchase though, the man seemed quite willing to give directions. The club actually wasn't far from where he was. marty would pocket his rusty knife and set off in the direction of the club. The street traffic was picking up a little, something he found to be typical of the city. At night, that was when the place really seemed to come to life. Soon the club was in sight, and Marty made his way to the line that lingered outside. pulling out his phone he would shoot Theo another text. * I made it to the club, just waiting to get in. *

The text came back almost instantly. Ah, her wife must’ve had her phone in her hand. She grinned and began to make her way through the appropriate fade portal that would drop her at Bullwood station, one of her more favorite stations - they were close to the nightclubs Mari liked to go through - and Boom Boom was one of her favourites. When she landed on the tarmac of the station she noticed her wife wasn’t there.

She must already at the club, the woman was able to get VIP status anywhere and avoid the lines. She was good like that, Nishaa herself wasn’t that charismatic. All she had to do was shoot the bouncer a look and he would let her in. She was known for being Mari’s wife anyhow. Stifling a tired yawn the woman turned left and began to head for the club.

Onyx hues looked at the queue from afar and scoffed. No one was going to get in quickly at this rate, shame. Perks of being the wife of a party animal, that and a well known big bad vampire. Walking past the humans that were waiting - to get into the club, the necromancer walked past them all quite confidently. They were shouting insults at the vampire usual comments like ‘Stop cutting in’.

She got to the front with ease, as the bouncer gave her a look over his big black shades and opened the clubs doors to her. The queue moaned - she hadn’t even noticed Marty in the line, why would she? He was nothing to her. Just someone who had taken an interest in her wife. Bad move.

Heading to the bar she picked up two bloody mary’s for the effect of being human. It was there that she saw her wife - in a booth towards the back. She flashed the woman a fanged smile. Planting a glass in front of her - a glass she knew she wouldn’t touch.

“Wife, you look sexy as always.” Nishaa leant over and planted a lingering kiss to the man’s lips.

Mari was sitting down, waiting to see Marty, when low and behold, her wife showed up. Mari was all smiles for the woman, especially since she dressed up just for her. Nishaa always had a way of making Mari feel special. Feel loved. Nishaa had two sides to her-the one everyone saw and knew all too well and then the softer side of her that very few knew and saw. Mari was one of those lucky people and it let her know how much she meant to Nishaa. That the woman could let her guard down around Mari.

"Oh my god, baby. You look yummy." Mari met the kiss eagerly as hands went to her wife's waist and pulled her closer yet. Her phone went off, and ignored for a second as Mari's hands moved from Nish's waist and to her butt where she gave it a firm squeeze before leaning back and patting her lap to coax her wife into it. "Where did you get that dress from?" It took a lot for Mari to not reach her hands up and over her wife's figure and all her assets right there in public, so she settled for a hand on the woman's thigh as the other grabbed the phone and read the text from Marty.

Walk past the losers in line, slip the guy a twenty and tell them you know Theo. And he's waiting for you.

Mari sent a reply to Marty, then let the phone rest on the table. She had nothing to hide from Nishaa, as Nishaa was the only one for Mari-would be the only one for Mari. And hopefully Nishaa knew that, regardless of inviting Marty out for the night with them. They could always ditch after he made some friends and continued the party back in the hotel room.

Marty lingered in the line, though it was not all bad. He found ease at times chatting up complete strangers. Finding one could meet the most interesting sort of people, just by taking a chance and speaking up. Nothing tricky about saying hello, or just a smile, anything of the sort could lead to casual conversation or more. He found the crowd relaxing, and the line moved along at a slow pace. Not being alone, held further distraction for his thoughts, as did the promise of several drinks inside that he planned on indulging with. This city, though it held its charms, he hoped to leave and forget much of what had occurred. Could such things be forgotten? Part of Marty feared that some aspects would surly hunt his nightmares for a while. The place had scared him, and he had not even realized how deep those wounds could go. The evening was still young, there was still an endless possibility of all that could happen in a single evening.

His phone went off then, and he would excuse himself from a conversation he was holding with a group of women who were waiting to get in like all the others. Reading over the text, he could not help but smirk. He didn’t doubt for a moment that it could have been so simple to get in. Just to drop a name? All it took was to recall the evening he had first met the couple. Theo knew his clubs, no surprise that he was someone of importance among them. He would shoot back a short text then *I’m on my way in, goanna stop at the bar first and grab a few drinks. Did you want anything from the bar?* sent then, he would move from the line and approach the bouncer. The drop of Theo’s name, paired with the cash did the trick, and Marty was in his way in. His first stop would be the bar, whereas typical the wait seemed doomed to be long.

Hands, there was hands everywhere and they were squeezing everything. The coy looking Necromancer leant over and planted a kiss to the woman’s lips eagerly over and over until tongues were dance with each other before she withdrew. Eyes looking at her wife in such great detail. Lips rang along her upper lip and then ran along her lower lip. Lapping up the saliva left from her wife’s lips against her own.

“You taste yummy.” Was her very appropriate response as she threw her wife a wink. As hands reached around to her *** and squeezed it. It could only be her wife that would do that, no one else had the balls to touch her - not that she wanted them too, but she thought she was very intimidating. If anything.

She looked down at her own Maxi dress and shrugged. “I had it ages ago, I don’t wear it often, but a night out with you? I’ll wear it anytime.” Perhaps, if Mari liked this dressed - maybe she should invest in more, wear them in the bedroom perhaps something to keep the woman happy - and their relationship never grew stale. There was always something different in the wings to try.

Her eyes lingered on her wife's phone - as she fired off a text to someone, the twang of jealousy panged inside her. She knew her wife loved Nishaa and only Nishaa, but who was she texting whilst she was here.

“Who you texting?” She asked so non chalantly.

Mari loved and appreciated that Nishaa would try new things with her. From new clothing, to being with a man-the possibilities were endless. It spoke about their relationship, that their love was not defined by small, trivial things, like gender, the clothing style, music choice or political beliefs. It said that they loved who the person was inside, and not on the out. There was well and truly no bounds to their love and how far their relationship would go.

Her hand moved up, just a smidge under that short one piece dress Nishaa was wearing, just to tease the woman a little bit as Nishaa tasted her lips and talked about the dress she was wearing. "Wear that thing all the time. You look fine, girl." Mari ran her other hand over every curve that was accentuated by the tight, form fitting dress that her wife wore.

"Hmmm?" Mari asked after she was done oogling her wife and the woman was done oogling her. "Oh. Baby, remember that guy we met a few weeks ago? Marty? The writer guy?" Mari picked up the phone to see what Marty had texted her and replied with the typical, something fruity,' reply before hitting send and continuing her conversation with her wife.

"Well baby, it's his last night in town and we did promise him a night out." Mari's eyes watched the front entrance of the club, looking for Marty and sure enough, there he was. He must have listened like the good boy Mari suspected he could be. "There he is!" Mari pointed to the dark haired guy who headed right for the bar to get their drinks for the night. "You promised." Mari reminded her as she set the phone back down on the table. "We'll be quick and continue our party back at the hotel." Mari's hands went back on her wife as she tugged at the woman to sit on her lap.
