Newborough Vertical Mall

A new mall has been created at 7, 34, Newborough.
There's only 1 floor for now, but more will be added later (they will eventually auto-spawn). The first floor contains 7 rename-able shops, for 15 karma each. However, floors 3 and up will have shops available to buy for in-game cash. The ground floor will likely get more traffic, however, so it's worth considering grabbing one before they are all snapped up.
