Mortll was happy to have won the bidding on Cathy Dawn she had a fondness for the young vampire since Doc had mistakenly turned her. Cathy clung to her humanity and hadn't quite taken up the vampire ways . Mortll thought that maybe the best way to break someone into not being so squeamish was to totally immerse them into a situation where they just had to pull up their boot straps and get through it .

She approached the young woman when she left the stage and handed her a card with a address and time scribbled on the back. The Voodoo Cyber café would be the perfect place to meet then go to the destination Mortll had in mind for the young woman. She hoped she didn't mind getting her shoes messy .

Cathy took the card and ran home. She was glad it was someone she knew though even at that it was strange. She did not know what was in store so she changed into her purple outfit and quickly died her hair purple before running out the door and to the place on the card. The girl did not know what was going to happen so she called her co manager Seb and told him she would not be in for three days. She knew he would take care of the place he was a great employee and a great find at that. She sat down because she was early and waited for Mortll to show up.

Mortll finished up her phone calls and appointment making arranging her schedule to fit in all of her planned activities. This looked like a very interesting and busy week for her. She changed her clothes she donned a black tshirt and jeans her work boots and picked up her pack and slung it over her shoulder . Gone was the demeanor of high society and the woman in charge now she appeared to be just a every day woman. It would suit her purpose well .

It did not take her long to Reach the VooDoo she went inside hoping none of the staff would recognize her and tie her up with a lot of questions. She had other plans tonight than being tied to one of the restaurants. It wasn't hard to spot Cathy she wasn't the only woman running around with Purple Hair but she deffinaly did stand out in a crowd . Mortll eyed the expensive leather outfit the girl was wearing and had a good laugh to herself That thing wasn't going to look so pretty once she got started with then night .

She got to the womans table "Hello there I hope you are ready for a little work I need some help with a few things and I think you will be perfect for the job are you up to getting your hands a little dirty ?"

Cathy looked at the woman and smiled "Little Dirty that is not a bad thing to be. If you think this is expensive I made it at home on a mechine not expensive at all." She laughed as she said that because all her outfit was made at home except the boots and they are old anyway. There was not much material in her bag of tricks but she did have all this. She took the jacket off and tossed it in a backpack on the seat that she had hidden there when she had sat though no one had seen it on her when she came in it was hers no less.

"Ok fair enough lets go " Mortll didn't hesitate she turned on her heal and was out of the door she waited a moment for the Cathy at the door . When the woman joined her she started to walk down the street to the sewer opening that was near by . She shimmied into the opening and made her way down the passage to the chamber she had prepared She hefted the heavy door open it made a eerie creaking sound that echoed down the corridor. Mortll glanced at Cathy "Your abode for the next 3 days my dear "

She looked at the place and had only been in the sewers to go to QZ which she did not do all the time. She walked in and looked around and was ready to bolt "M-m-my home for three days. I though I would be going home to sleep. This place is creepy." She was honest and blunt which was probably not a good thing, but the place creeped her out hell the sewers creeped her out.

Mortll laughed at the young womans words. She had not got the full view of the place yet. Mortll ushered her in and closed the heavy door with a loud clunk and metallic screeching sound as the crossbar and lock slid into place. You can sleep here there is a cot in the other room and there is a sink and shower for cleaning up, She looked at the girl's attire once again There are aprons and gloves you will need to hose the aprons down after use .

Mortll glanced around the room ,now fully visible to her companion , There was a large industrial meat grinder and several stainless steel tables lined up with equipment a band saw, pliers, scalpels, bone saws plastic wrap, gags, rope, handcuffs and shackles, there were plastic lined boxes stacked in the corner. In the opposite corner was a large steel cage a man cowered there his bloody hands from trying desperately get out of his confinement were wrapped around the bars His eyes locked on Cathy as she entered and his mouth opened but only a weak croak came forth.

Mortll grabbed a bottle of water and walked over to the cage and tossed it in between the bars the cage reeked of piss and feces the tattered mattress inside was not much to even say it was a comfort . She turned and looked at Cathy “This is your job this one is to be Killed and hung upside down on those hooks overnight. Tomorrow you will dismember him and harvest all necessary parts for each recipe of fertilizer. I have them written down for you . While you are waiting for him to drain do not waste the blood it is to be collected if you get hungry you will need sustenance . There will be plenty while you work . There is a refrigerator over there to keep all the parts that require it and the blood fresh.”

Mortll glanced at the woman gauging her responses as she spoke. “Now while you wait for this one to drain fully, you will busy yourself by dismembering a well aged corpse they arent good for alot of things because of the embalming process but i have found them very useful they mostly get ground and put directly into compost. You might find that breathing down here is a bit of a hazard so i would not suggest it unless you have to speak .”

Mortll watched her carefully there was more than one reason she had bolted the door It was not just to keep people out ... She was half convinced when she showed the young woman her task that she would bolt. She pulled the sheet off of the corpse she had liberated from the Harper Rock Graveyard ... Her grave robbing skills of old still served her well . The mostly decomposed body moved a little and its sunken features moved a little as if there were insects moving under the skin “Any questions ?” Mortll looked at Cathy trying to gauge her reaction before she spoke .

Cathy was taken aback and saw the man in the cage. He looked bad and she wanted to help him but Mortll said she had to kill him. She was not going to kill anyone that was not her. Killing was what other people did. She looked at the corps and that on the other hand was just ewww but she had killed zombies so taking apart a corps would not be that bad. She looked at the door and wondered if she would be able to get out and not breath that was not going to be fun.

First thing she was going to do though was try and clean up the place some so the smell would not be bad. She was glad for the air stuff she keep in her bag that and candles they would make the smell go away well if Mortll did not mind candles being burned. She saw the apron and gloves noticing they where not that bad looking. She went to her bag and pulled out a pair of clothing she did not mind getting messy. "I will take care of the corps but not the live man. I will not kill him at all. I know you got me from the auction but I draw the line at killing someone. I will thou clean this place up some and clean him up if he needs it but no killing not at all. I will also not eat for the two other days I am here I ate good before coming her." Yah she was putting her foot down with the woman and she would not do anything she was against doing.

Mortll listened to the young woman as she spoke a smile turning up the corners of her mouth. She admired her gumption to stand up to her it would serve her well with what was to come . " I thought you might feel this way... " She walked over to the cage that contained the man he had been in there a few nights. Mortll had picked him up off the streets she had been out hunting and crossed around the seedier part of town. She had taken a short cut down a ally and this fine fellow thought it was a nice idea to try and sneak up behind her and put his hand over her mouth The blood and torn palms were not just from his attempts to free himself the ripped and torn flesh of his right hand was from her fangs sinking deep into it .

As Mortll walked over to the cage she pulled out a long knife she looked down at the man " You want to live ? You want me to let you go ?" He nodded and tried to speak but the harsh croaking sound came from his throat once more. "I will tell you what..." she tossed the knife into the cage "You kill the girl and I will set you free "
The mans bloody hand wrapped around the dagger a light had come into his eyes and a energy that wasn't there before Mortll punched the code into the lock and the cage door came open. She stepped back with her gun in her hand clearly visible ... Let the games begin she thought to herself as the man left the cage giving her a wide birth and headed toward Cathy .

Cathy looked at Mortll and growled at her as she watched the woman tell the an in the cage if he wanted to live he would have to kill her. She reached into her bag and pulled out her own knife it was one she had bought and she moved around the man. She had not changed her clothing yet and was loth to get any blood on her clothing but Mortll was making this hard on her. She watched the guy with her blue eyes that somehow had turned sliver in color. Yah her eyes changed with her moods it would seem like one of those damned mood rings. She looked to Mortll as if she was going to kill the woman and it was not a mistake the man charged. Cathy turned to the man just in time to jump over him and growl again swinging behind her and slicing the man along his back.

The man had turned and he smelled of gross stuff but Cathy was on the defense. This was not the first time she faught a mortal though those where paladens they gave her plenty of practice. The man swung the knife and Cathy cought is with her hand. "Do you really want to die? I so do not think so. I am faster and stronger than you. Would you be missed by someone. I do not want to kill you but so you know I do know how." Yah she was innocent but in that private school she had been in she learned to fight and to do other things. Killing was not something she did but it was something she had learned well how to give a killing blow to a dummy. The school had been one to train girls in things to keep them safe from people that would harm them. It had started when a girl in one of the classes 15 yrs before she had been there had been raped and killed on campus.

The school from then on required all the girls to learn defense and killing blows if those where needed. She also had studied all the things people did in the Civil War and in other movies she had watched. Her teachers where impressed with her even if her family was not. She was the youngest and so not the princess of her family that was her older sister. Two of her brothers though had taken an interest in her leanring of this and showed her move they had learned in their marshal arts class which is where she learned the moves she was doing now.

The man taken aback when she asked if he wanted to die and stopped a moment. He shook his head since he could not speak and then looked back at his captor. A smirk came to Cathy's face "I did not put you in the cage she did. You should go after her not me." The man turned back to Cathy and that was when she pulled out a can of pepper spray and sprayed it right in the guys eyes so he could not see. She then swipped her left foot at the man and he fell to the floor with her holding the dagger at his throat. "I will not kill you but you will not remember anything of this night.." with that she took her knife knocking him hard on the head knocking him out. Getting up she kicked the knife of his away as she does so.

Looking up at Mortll she speaks "Mortll that was not a good thing to do. I will not kill him no matter what you do to make him come at me. He needs help and he will not remember tonight. If you want him dead kill him yourself. I will also not do anything that goes against what I was taught as a kid by my grandmother that all life is precious. Even when I kill a deer, wolf, or bear in the wood I ask for it to forgive me when I have killed it. I do not waist things either. There blood is what I eat and I will not eat human blood ever. Now I do not know what you are going to do with him but he needs to be cleaned up and let go. Besides I could get you fresh corps from the unidentified people that have yet to be imbalmed. Damn kill a life is not what I will do and I stand up for that."
