I'm fucked.

My shrink said that I could write things down when I didn't have someone to talk to. What I need to talk about I can't tell them! They would think I have gone way off the deep end. And has nothing to do with PTSD however, this town isn't good for my mental health.

Dying here, there's a place full of creatures and I get attacked randomly. I don't know what to do, can't eat, can't drink anything but blood and I tried taking my meds with that and I still felt sick. They most likely don't work on a vampire anyway..
An abnormally large fadebeast emerged from the solid wall and came at you. You screamed in pain as the alpha fadebeast mauled your stomach with its massive jaws, before quickly moving on and vanishing through the oposite wall.
I hate this place, I regret coming here.

Erebos was still trying to adjust to this new life. He had to switch all his classes to night classes. He found it impossible to stay awake during the day, plus burning up, he didn't have much choice in the matter.

He tapped the index finger of his Prosthetic hand on the table as he flipped the page of his text book. He lifted both hands to his laptop to take notes as the teacher talked. He looked over for a moment as he felt eyes on him. The woman looked back down to her own notes. He wasn't sure if it was him or his hand she was looking at. He hadn't put the cover over it so it was very clear it wasn't real.

One pluses of being in a different country, when he explains what happened, he doesn't get a thank you for your service. When he hears that, he always thinks back to those of his unit that didn't make it which makes him depressed.

The teacher ended class. Erebos made a note of the homework and packed away his books and laptop into his bag. He left class without looking at anyone. He was so hungry which was distraction. He put off feeding so much which he knew was not good as everyone looked like food and he didn't like it.

He quickly shut the door to his apartment. He set his bag down by his desk and went to the fridge, pulling out a bag of blood. He had thrown everything else out but the beer. He tried to mix beer with blood but that didn't end well. He lost one of the things that got him through the day....the night. Having to go completely sober over night.

Erebos sank his fangs into the bag, he would never get used to this. He should get out more, see more of this new family he had but he was having a hard time feeling up to going out. His phone rang, his mom was calling. He quickly threw the bag away and picked up the phone. "Hey mom.." he said. He went through the process of taking off his Prosthetic hand. "I'm fine.." he said, she always asked and he always lied. She called at least once a week, if not more to check on him.
Once the phone call was over, he went to bed early which was a mistake. The deep sleep of sunrise kept the nightmares from waking him up but sometimes even that was bad, not being able to wake up from the nightmare.

Flashbacks to the time the bomb went off, the pain of his hand gone and watching his brothers-in-arms dying in front off him. He woke up. Becoming a vampire didn't help anything. It just made things harder to deal with. He still felt that complete and utter shut down of anxiety. He fumbled through the pill bottles, finding the right one. Holding it against his chest and opening the lid with his one hand. He took a pill out and put it in his mouth. He either had to take it down as is or take it down with blood. Nothing else stayed down. It took awhile just to keep the pills down. He shallowed and started to pace the room. He slumped down in the corner, covering his head. Waiting for the calming effect to kick in. He was at least glad the pills still worked.

He let out a sigh. How was he going to keep going? He had to see a doctor in order to get refills. They would figure out he wasn't alive. Was there a vampire doctor he could see instead? The sun rose before he got up to get back into bed. He fell over onto the floor, passed out asleep.
