Double Monstrous (unstackable powers reused) [b]

Since I just woke up and I am, apparently, a super space cadet I had Blake activate Monstrous for a 2nd time without remembering that he had already activated it after day change before I went to bed. I'm not sure if it's a bug or not but being able to use the same power (and accrue a -40 penalty to charisma) seems a little...wrong especially given the fact that I do not believe that multiple uses of Monstrous actually stack. In the hopes of being more kind to newbies and spacey people like me maybe it would be wise to make Monstrous (and other powers) once per day.

Yeah...kind of a bug and a suggestion in the same post. Sorry >.<

It's not a bug. I reported the same thing about two years ago. Most powers can be used a second time so you just have to pay attention cus they don't give you any benefit. Like using untraceable or alter ego for the day more than once.

ninja'd, lol :P

Except some of them do stop you (like Rock Skin) - if some do, shouldn't they all?

I agree, if it was a suggestion I'd vote yes. ;) Just not a bug. ;)

ETA (at least I was told it was not when I asked about it before... and it was on meaner things, like Mordi brought up, that I first noticed and posted asking.)

And I think I did make a suggestion... :)) I'll look.

Yesh. :| I did

Although it's not urgent -- because there's a case to be made against hand holding and protecting players from making mistakes -- I still do agree that it should probably be coded to stop powers being used twice when they have no stacking benefit. It's something we'll get to eventually.
