From now until the end of next month, main world grid squares are only 75 karma (usually 150 karma).

Main world grid squares, also known as "lairs" are player abodes which can be any custom shape up to a max of 12 x 12 squares. They can have many floors added onto them, they can be named what ever you like, and placed in almost any grey square or unoccupied location in the city. For 75 karma you get one 12 x 12 floor, but you can add extra floors at the standard cost of 10-20 karma each floor.
