So I have noticed a lot of people joining the site, siring under people, and then never coming back. It would be great to know why, so that perhaps steps can be taken to fix the issues, and to thus keep future people around.
Is it possible, perhaps, to have an automated email that goes out after a week or two of inactivity? Coded to target only those who joined up and then never logged in again?
Something nifty and quick like "Hey there. We have noticed you decided not to stick around. Can you tell us why so that we might be able to improve the game/site?"
Maybe something a little better worded so that they don't feel reprimanded for not returning. But perhaps we could get some feedback.
