The Change From Jessamine to Sylvur
The Escape
Jessamine laid on her bed silently she turned and stared at the clock next to her. She stood up slowly and got out of the bed fully dressed with a black jacket underneath was a dark blue sweater, she also wore blue jeans and black converses. Jessamine slowly walked to her window grabbing her backpack she prepared the night before. She slowly and carefully open the window while looking at the door with fear of being caught by the old lady. Luckily for her the old lady was both deaf and deeply asleep. She grabbed the rope she made, tying one end to the handle tossing the rope over the window. Jessamine took a deep breath before climbing as carefully as she could. She slowly climbed down the rope before landing with a soft thud on the grass. She then ran away from the house as fast as she can.She ran until she couldn’t run anymore. Jessamine gasped for breath bending over to catch her breath before looking around. She was still in Montreal. After she caught her breath Jessamine walked along the busy street that was surrounded by people who enjoyed the nightlife of Montreal. People were walking by her laughing and chatting with each other about how they are going to spend their night out. Jessamine had enough money to get on a bus somewhere however she decided she would save it for other things. All she knew was she had to get out of this city and fast.
One Week Later
Feeling fatigue, hungry and angry Jessamine approached a sign saying Harper Rock. Staring at the sign with an angry expression she shouted “WHAT KIND OF NAME IS THAT?!” Jessamine continued to walk down the path towards Harper Rock. Not only was she fatigue, hungry and angry she was emotional and wanted to give up living. However she did not let those thoughts come to her as she looked around her new surrounded with caution. Money, food, clothes and a shower were everything she needed so desperately. As she stood quietly she found a public bathroom not far from her. Running over as fast as she could she reached the bathroom as she walked in it smelled like it never been cleaned? Shuddering with disgust Jessamine glanced at the mirror what looked back at her was a young woman of 21. That was not what freaked her out… What freaked her out was she looked like she has not ate for days, slept for days or showered for days. She looked like a homeless person, very filthy looking with dirt and other stains on her clothes. She also had dirt and mud all over her hair which stuck out from different directions. Jessamine began crying as she left the bathroom feeling angry at herself. While she was crying she appeared in the main city.
Her mind was not in the right place. She was desperate for food and money. Jessamine had a pocket knife in her pocket. Yes she will use this for her plan of getting money. Scanning the city from where she stood, she spot a man in a business suit that looked expensive. “He has money.” She whispered very softly. Jessamine walked very slowly giving a distance between her and the man talking loudly about selling his mansion on the phone with another person. She slowly followed him to the ally. She took out her knife and approached the man.
Unthinkable Act
What happened next was all a blur. Jessamine grabbed the man and turned him around forcefully slamming him against the wall she held her knife and pointed it at him. “Give me all your money.” She said calmly with a mad glint in her eye. “P…please don’t hurt me.” Whimpered the man “I…I have two children and a wife.” He says while fumbling around looking for his wallet while begging for the woman to spare his life. “HURRY UP AND GIVE ME YOUR WALLET!” She shouted getting impatient with him. Without thinking for a moment Jessamine stabbed the man in the chest before repeating stabbing him over and over. As the minutes go by she got tired and slowly stopped attacking at the corpse in front of her. Sighing as she dropped the knife on the ground with a thud. Staring blankly at what she done Jessamine slowly bend down and picked a wallet from the man’s pocket. She put it in her bag before she walked over to the other side. As she slid down and sat across from the corpse she began laughing like a woman who has not ate, slept, showered or lived among normal humans in a week.
