Alternate Means of Violation Removal

It recently occured to me recently, that there are only 3 ways, really to remove a violation, assuming someone is reported on grid for a masquerade offense.
The first is hiding out, waiting three months.
The second is having your character die.
The third is having your character crippled.
What I would like to see is the ability, for a team (much like with the team raids), to be able to drop a violation off of someone. The way I visualize it, when you go to the violation page, you have another column where you can click a link and form a team, then each person on the team has to do something.
A ritual, a hack, and maybe something else (preferably not PVP related), and the violation disappears. I think it would be a good continued use of the team function, and would provide a really nifty alternative to people who have characters that want to aid in upholding the masqeruade but are not PVP characters. Or characters that are opposed to violence.
