Double PC on More Commands -New Interface- [c]

When I used more commands to feed Trinity on Aksel, it showed two Aksel's behind the More Commands screen.

Me. Whenever you open more commands in a square with PCs (at least), it doubles their names, but only for as long as the More Commands screen is up.

It doubles them in the feeding dropdown you mean? For vamps feeding on vamps?
