Iiiis not officially open yet, RP-wise >.> BUT. They get stragglers here and there... so if anyone's awake at this hour... your character should pop in and say hi to Kenlie or Victor in location chat.
Mind you, it's a biker bar, in which a tooon of gangsters and blood thieves tend to hang out.

Weeeeeee the bar's FINALLY opening for business.
Kim (Dominique/Dulce) and I are currently still finishing up the decor, but SOME of it's up so it doesn't look entirely bare. It'll all be set by the time the party rolls around.
I hope people come! It's potential for some great RPs.
