UPDATE: Unbreakable Weapons

The magic shops now offer a service that takes one of your existing weapons (8 or 9 quality) and turns it into a 10 quality unbreakable weapon.
You can do this by going to any magic shop and buying the "Enchant Unbreakable Weapon" listed under the "weapons" tab. It will then give you a drop down selection of your available weapons. However, be aware that making an unbreakable weapon costs $1,300,000, so save it for your absolute best gear.
Just to note: when it's possible to enchant your own unbreakable weapons, it will be very hard to do and will require ultra rare faeshards. Although it won't amount to quite as much as enchanting through the magic shop, you're still going to end up spending a ton of time or in game money trying to get an unbreakable enchanted weapon. Also, enchanting is still some ways off, so this is a viable option for people who really want to use one of those 15, 15, 9 weapons without fear of them breaking.
