OOC: Don't know about a vampire biker gang? Read this
Kira looked at the collection of information on the candidates. Killing any of them would be far too hard, expressly for her. She was an up close and personal killer, not a sniper type that would work for an assassination. An assassination attempt on Bancroft's manager failed, so trying to go for Bancroft would be more likely to fail.
She closed her eyes, feeling Artio run up her leg and pounce on her lap. "So glad I'm wearing pants and not a skirt.." she said, picking the kitten up and lifted her up to eye level. "You're growing too fast." she muttered, spotting Sof near the doorway, her fur fluffed up. Kira set Artio down, patted her butt as she then took off after Sof who turned and ran. She smirked, having another cat was a good thing for Sof. Course now she had three dogs under this roof, one wasn't really her's but wasn't all the animals now a joint part of both Reggie and her own life. That's what happens right, joint pets. She wasn't sure if she would ever get a handle on this whole relationship thing. And the male half of her wraith was her only insight into it. That was sad, wasn't it.
She shook her head. She was getting distracted. The animals were fine, they were all busy playing. She pulled up more news reports. Bancroft...she didn't trust either Bancroft or Spencer. The lesser of the evils would be Gilbert. She never paid attention to politics, she didn't give a ****, nor had she been in New York long enough to care, but this would affect vampires. There was something fishy about two of them. But how do they get Gilbert to be in favor? They needed more numbers.
Kira got up, leaving a note for Reggie that she had things to do and she would stay out of trouble. Not that he would believe her but, eh. Wasn't like she did it on purpose. Damn hunters. At least these she hadn't heard from Windy since his beat down from Reggie, minus working together to go against the owl turds, not that she talked to him. She grabbed her motorcycle keys and headed out. The only allies she could really think of were the bikers. She couldn't do this alone though, Lexy would be able to explain what they needed to do better.
She sent a message to Lexy. We need to help Gilbert win this. I'm going to see if our Biker friends are free for a little campaigning. Care to meet me at the bar?' once the message was sent, she got on her motorcycle and drove off to the bar where the blondes first met the Biker Vampires.
Kira pulled up to that bar, taking her helmet off. She looked at all the bikes parked there. Seems the bar was up and kicking. She strolled into the bar, looking around. It didn't take long for her to be spotted.
"Kira!" Max said with a grin, "It's been awhile." he hugged her but lifted her off the ground.
"****! Put me down!" Kira growled.
Max laughed but dropped her. "We've been keeping our noses clean, what brings you to our neck of the woods."
Kira huffed, smoothing her clothes. Good thing Reggie wasn't joined at her hip tonight. "Have you guys been following the elections?" she asked.
"Not really. The boss maybe." Max replied with a shrug.
"It happens to be a serious matter for vampire kind. It's something we should all talk about and decide on a game plan." Kira said, moving over to the bar and sat down.
"Is Alex coming?" Max asked.
"I've sent her a message and hopefully she'll be on her way here." Kira replied, of course if she got the ok she could have summoned her here. She didn't like summoning someone without a heads up as she sure didn't like being summoned randomly.
"Well then, guess we just got to kill time. Let's have some drinks and dance then." Max said, grabbing her hand and dragged her out to dance.
"****! Wait!" Kira protested, just because she had spent some of the month teaching them dance moves because there wasn't anything else to do while they were all hiding, didn't mean she wanted to dance right now.
