There should be a 'decline all team raid invites' check-box somewhere in the player settings that automatically gets toggled after a win and then automatically desists after a two month reset.

This option may be toggled off manually by the player if he should wish to compete in a team for looting or optioned for voluntarily by gamers who have no interest participating in raids.
