The consoles in the stealth raids are still not showing all the items on the floors/in locks.

You disabled the security cameras in this area and pulled up the building inventory. The list reads:
Weapons (Melee, various models)

It -was- a pure Melee item floor, but there was also the keycard.

I know this was posted elsewhere I just couldnt find it.

It's assumed that there will be a keycard on the lower floors of a stealth raid.

It should still be showing up in the list as its an item available for grabs on that floor. Its not just the keycard thats been missing. Sometimes its say a box of alcohol. Othertimes its blocks, or source codes.
