Firstly you'll have to complete a slightly harder mission (compared to the basic unlock missions) to unlock your dual class, and this will also cost you $50,000 and 50 PXP.
You can gain a dual powers by locating the NPC who hands out human class quests. So if you're looking to take sorcery as your second class, you need to find an apprentice sorcerer; if you're hoping to gain paladin powers as your secondary class, you'll need to locate a paladin berserker; and if you want blood thievery, you need to find a blood thief.
From the update thread about it.

Yeah I did all of that.

The NPC here has nothing to teach you.

Where's this new combo power hiding? lol

On second thought, maybe I missed the mission. Don't remember seeing it. But he has the second class powers so <.< *confused*

An NPC here is willing to teach you how to learn Paladin powers. In return she wants $50,000 cash. She also tells you to kill 10 (NPC) vampires as part of your training. You will also need 50 PXP.
Opal wants to bridge to Paladin, but my question is.
Is the bridging a lot like vampire bridging you need 8 powers to bridge because if it don't, is it possible to PXP restat Opal to get all the PXP she needs to bridge, and then, get powers? <.<

@ Anemoi: Maybe it read in the database that you'd already done whatever needed to be done for the mission? That or some kind of bug happened?

@ Opal: Dunno, hope David or Natasha can tell us soon.

My Paladin found a Blood Thief and smoothly made the upgrade and has started getting powers.
However, someone needs to explain how to enthrall a vampire. I had assumed it would come up as a power option like an allurist making a human thrall on the powers page, since the action costs 10 anima to do (if I read right) Does my Pally/BT need to find a NPC vamp to do this?

As far as I'm aware - it's like making a wraith or a human thrall. But it's a vamp instead.

No, you don't need to unlock any powers to get powers from your second class.

This was a bug. It has been fixed now. :)
