AH: Item Control

Only for items that are 'auto' generated into the AH from NPCs. The cost is the same for every item, I propose a limit of under 5 or 10 of that one item. When X number is hit, NPCs are not allowed to post the same item until that number drops. Only good for NPC items of the exact same 'item name' and 'value' that it would post for. So that way, the item limit wouldn't count for 'same item name' that players put up (unless they used the same high value that NPCs did). This will reduce the amount of scrolling necessary to view all the AH items for sale.
