Is this something new?

Never seen or heard of a weapon becoming "Worn" from use. The idea makes sense if the weapon in question is not a Quality 10, which should mean that it won't break or become worn.

Also, shouldn't it be just the Power stat that is reduced?

I'm not absolutely sure what the stats were for the sword she had equpted, but I am positive that it was at least as good as a St. James` Broadsword sword (5 , 13, 10) or the (10, 8, 10) Enchanted Broadsword she has. I am
thinking it was (10, 9, 10) and it got worn down to (5, 4, 5).

Soooo, 5 off all three stats? That isn't cool.

Doc has had weapons get worn for use. Yes. But none that have a quality 10. And none that drastically.

for example he had a 13, 13, 9 rifle.. was worn form use.. to 12, 12, 8

Never had any of mine drop that drastically. That sucks.

A 'worn ******** sword' is the name of a weapon you can pick up in the cats. When you get that message, it returns the name of the weapon you have equipped. The name of a weapon never changes - an Enchanted Broadsword will always be an Enchanted Broadsword, no matter how many times its quality decreases from use.

That screencap is saying she has a worn ******** sword equipped - which is a crappy weapon, usually - and that that weapon decreased in stat. If she had a St. James equipped (or anything else with Q10), you wouldn't get that message.

Are you sure you just didn't equip the wrong one?
